We found both of the individuals to be courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to our wants. They did all they could to provide us with the exact vehicle we wished to purchase. This is our second Lincoln and are very pleased with the brand (and the rebranding that Lincoln is doing) and I/we often recommend the Koch Ford/Lincoln dealership to the folks we interact with. The renovation of the dealership itself makes for a very pleasant atmosphere as well as creating a hospitable place to spend some time.
