Purchase of new vehicle After 16 years of driving the same vehicle, it was time for a new one. I phoned Koch and spoke with Shelly as she is the representative for AUPE member and staff discounts and set it up. Shelly explained the vehicle's features, took me through my "control panel" as I call it and after the test drive, I was sold. The finance staff walked me through options on test drive day and again when I signed the papers when I picked it up so I was able to make informed choices, The vehicle had all of its treatments done (leather, rust) and I drove off into the Sunset with a full tank of gas in my sunset coloured Edge. More
