Not Happy Extremely disappointed with the treatment by Koch Ford and their employees. Each time I take my Ford Escape into this dealership for a "day" service, Extremely disappointed with the treatment by Koch Ford and their employees. Each time I take my Ford Escape into this dealership for a "day" service, it takes them two days to work on my vehicle not once but a couple of times. Was told by my salesman Mike if my windshield rock chip was to spread as they had just filled it in. That they would fix it for free, turns out it was starting to spread, and I had to argue that it was supost to be free of charge. Also was getting a remote car starter installed that would only take one full day of work... turns out to be two days. Thus sending me to Enterprise for a free rental went there, and they wanted to charge me for it. Koch Ford was no help in resolving the issue... as a composition from Terry Peck, they would take $100 off for the replacement windshield, after talking it over with him i got it for free and one free oil change, and one free tank of gas and a car wash from the other manager Lino who was much better to deal with and apologized. Overall Courtney Bain was not good to deal with Manager Terry Peck: also not good to deal with after hanging up on me. More

Excellent customer service We were visiting in Edmonton, from BC, when our vehicle died. We called about a used vehicle we saw in the display ad from the dealership. Ron Koehler We were visiting in Edmonton, from BC, when our vehicle died. We called about a used vehicle we saw in the display ad from the dealership. Ron Koehler came and picked us up in the vehicle we had asked about. We decided on it and put a down payment with Patrick Watson. When we had arranged the money transfer with our Credit Union, Ron came in on his day off, met us at the rental company we had rented a car from, and brought us back to Koch, where we finished the payment for the car. Koch then supplied us with a 'transit permit' so we could drive it back to BC, after dealing with the appropriate licensing to operate it in BC until the inspection was done. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience for us and a great contrast to some of the dealerships dealt with in the past. More

Amazing, straight forward and no gimmicks! We went to many dealerships around the city and heard all the sales pitches, stories and gimmicks with high pressure tactics, and just popped into Koc We went to many dealerships around the city and heard all the sales pitches, stories and gimmicks with high pressure tactics, and just popped into Koch last minute, and were unexpectedly surprised by the inventory, knowledge and no b.s. of the staff there. It was a breath of fresh air after the other experiences we had recently had with used car salesmen or dealerships being uninterested in helping us, when they found out we didn't want a new vehicle . Lucky for us, we got a beautiful Explorer (loaded almost mint) for a fabulous price and the negotiations were pleasant and we felt valued. Ron was so straight forward and agreeable, without any pressure to "hurry and buy it now, because there are other people looking at it"....we drove it home within 24 hrs of making the offer! We are thrilled with our purchase and would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go to the team at Koch - ask for Ron!!! More

First Class Recently I was visiting my son in Edmonton and had the navigation screen on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ suddenly quit operating. As we were planning to leave Recently I was visiting my son in Edmonton and had the navigation screen on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ suddenly quit operating. As we were planning to leave for Montana the next day, the odds did not look good in our favour. I called the Koch service department and spoke with Terry who told me if I could get to the dealership and leave the car with him for the day, they would try to get me back on track. From the time I entered the dealership, Mitch and Blair, the service advisors made me feel extra special as if I was the only customer that needed attention that day. I was in immediately and then outfitted with a vehicle to drive while my Lincoln was being serviced. The car was fixed by 2:00PM and our vacation continued as if nothing had happened.
