Horrible experience ! After buying 3 vehicles over the years I will never be back again. But the rude email accomplished the opposite of a sale. He was smug and obnoxious! I purchased a new F-150 from Freedom Ford. Don’t waste your time at Koch. They are really entitled xxxx! More

I cannot give this dealership enough stars for the service I was given. Due to circumstances beyond their control I had to wait over 6 weeks for a part from the US for my car.
