Tried taking my vehicle to a different dealership for a simple recall. After three visits, they couldn’t get the work done without appropriate reason. We ran into an issue on our Ford focus which was covered by extended warranty. It took over 6 months to get the parts due to the ongoing supply chain issues, thankfully a rental car was provided during that by extended warranty. It took over 6 months to get the parts due to the ongoing supply chain issues, thankfully a rental car was provided during that time or we would have been stranded. I had a few additional things looked at the vehicle and we were excited when we finally got the call that the car was ready to pick up. Unfortunately sometime while the vehicle was there the door latch had failed causing the door to not close or lock. We were not informed of this and it was quite a surprise to try and pick up the car and not be able to drive it away. The Shop Forman Dave was difficult to deal with, blamed us for the failure and added to the stress of the situation with his poor attitude. Paula our service advisor and Blair the service manager have been incredible for the whole process. I can't say enough good things about how they went above and beyond during the entire time our car was there. I appreciate the care and attention that was given to us, the communication breakdown between the shop and front end needs to be addressed. More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change that was supposed to be at 12 noon and I didn’t get out till almost 20 to 5 despite being told three times that it would be no more than two hours. They were apologetic and I believe I got good service despite it taking more than twice as long as I was told. I will go back but I will not take it back unless I have a day to drop it off. More
