My visits to Koch Ford Lincoln on October 14 and 16, 2022 were pleasant and rewarding. I was responding to a Ford Air bag recall notice. The Parts department staff were friendly and helpful on the first visit and confirmed that a driver side airbag was in stock at the warehouse and would be available for installation the next day. An appointment was made for October 14, and I was welcomed by Danielle Brice. Danielle was very courteous and advised that the work would be completed in about 1.5 hours. The work was completed on time and again Danielle advised that a couple of other issues were identified that could be addressed, namely, a cracked windshield and uneven tire ware. I noted these issues and thanked her. More
