Holy worste service/customer service i have ever received in my life. Itried to call about a recall for 8 hours which no one would pick up the phone. Once i called customer service after more than 25 attem in my life. Itried to call about a recall for 8 hours which no one would pick up the phone. Once i called customer service after more than 25 attempts to reach service i got on the line in less than 30 seconds. Once on the line it only got so much worse. The service attendant got my information wrong and the recall vin wrong so she couldnt book my appointment and i would have to TRY to call back and HOPE they would pick up before close. Rude service agent let alone NO agent to pick up the phone FOR 8 HOURS More

A Wilson gave his direct phone asked to call 10mins to book the shuttle called 9x nothing, LVM at reception someone called couldn't find my file and book the shuttle 25mins of waiting nothing. The sales manager said he will have him call me, Talked to finance guy who saw my distress over noticing the job not done, said he will have Mng of Service call me. Wow 1 week no one called me and my car is not fixed. Emailed Andrew again 3x's nothing no answer back, no surprise. Worst service ever won't go there anymore. More
