The Service Dept at Kitchener Ford is fantastic. It is easy to book an appointment. They are quick,, efficient and knowledgeable.. Always a pleasure coming here. Sales dept.. not so much. The one occasion that I did sit down with a saleman, he did not know his product as he kept telling me about the new features on the upcoming model and I had to tell him, these features were already on my 5 year old suv. This time when I brought my car in for service, I mentioned that my husband was taking over my car and that I had bought a new car.. then I got an invitation to talk with a saleperson.. sorry too late! I was bringing in my car to get the sensors replaced. Mice or squirrels decided to eat my wiring that very same day. My car got fixed but the next morning the rodents ate my wiring again. So back to the garage I went and again Samantha was there and got me a rental right away and again went above and beyond to get it covered under my extended warranty. What would have cost me $3666.00 cost me $500 and It was because of Samantha I will not go anywhere else .Also I have to give credit to the guys that repaired my car and did extra steps to help me stop the rodents from doing this again . I have so much trust in Kitchener ford service department they care about the customer when I tell people about the service I have received from the service department at Kitchener ford they say it’s very unusual for a car dealership to be more worried about the customer than making money off the customer. If I could give Samantha a 11 star I would!!! More
