I have always found the folks at the front desk in the service department equally amicable and efficient. The lads in the parts department could show a little more interest and enthusiasm when approached, but they have otherwise been helpful as well. I appreciate the dealership and the people who work there. More

I bought my new Audi in May, took 3 weeks to get my hands on it...they use e-mail to communicate with dealers, not phones which would be much faster and what they use at Ford for example, the people who got my a new car within 2 days of walking into their dealership from the same place. When PDI came I went there, power was out, and basically, could not do anything with the electrical tool to check the systems. Came from an hour away so could not book an appointment for another day, so I suggested a courtesy vehicle so I could run errands for a few hours, as soon as I said that all of a sudden they could do everything but the wash and gave me my vehicle back. Went to get my snow tires on and they said it would be ~45 minutes so opted out of the shuttle. Next thing you know I am getting my vehicle back 3 hours (unwashed again) after the scheduled appointment and people dropping off vehicles after me and getting theirs back first. Kindly, the receptionist/intake lady provided me with a free full detail and courtesy vehicle for the day. Overall, would not recommend this dealer or service center if you want a premium experience by going to a dealer. More

I tried calling Audi Kingston and they were able to schedule me in the next day! In Toronto there was a 10-12 wait. There service was good, done on time, and done according to plan. They even washed my Q5. Christine Leonard in Service was good to deal with. Service on Audi's is always a little bit expensive. But the Toronto Audi dealer was always pushing alignments and other needless services down my throat. Kingston Audi was great and only did what was needed. More
Poor attitude to customers I moved from Toronto to Kingston. My VW was due for service and I called this dealership. I could sense the disinterest and indifference on the phone. No, there was no service slot available for the next day. No, there was none available the day after. What about next week? Call next week, don't have next week's availability yet. There was no attempt to engage in any meaningful conversation to find me a suitable service slot. Eventually went to the VW dealership in Pickering who accommodated me even though they were fully booked. I think VW Canada needs to look into what the Kingston dealership is doing to their image. More
Worst Service ever from a car dealership, We purchased the 2013 Jetta new from this dealership dealing with friendly helpful sales staff, the good experience ended there, the service departmen We purchased the 2013 Jetta new from this dealership dealing with friendly helpful sales staff, the good experience ended there, the service department is in my opinion the worst I have ever worked with in 40 years of owning cars of various makes.Each time the vehicle goes in for service it is another issue of some type, had to replace the brakes at 16000 KM and was told it was our problem as breaks were only covered 20000 km or 1 year ( car was over a yr old by then) dealership just said nothing they could do it took a week of fighting with Volkswagen Canada to get any assistance, took car in today for service at 32000 km guess what it needs brakes again and again no assistance from dealership. I asked how long the warranty on parts was and was advised that brakes were a wear item and there was no warranty on them at Volkswagen. Will travel to another city for service work in the future as I am not willing to do business with a company that treats customers this way. More
Unable to answer basic questions about vw I asked if the new 2018 Tiguan was going to have a new engine, replied, no, this is false. Also said there are a lot of incentives to buy a 2017 Tigua I asked if the new 2018 Tiguan was going to have a new engine, replied, no, this is false. Also said there are a lot of incentives to buy a 2017 Tiguan but yet only offered 650 rebate? No extra help in finding suitable options. Motivated buyer but no able to answer simple questions. Dissappointing! More
Great sales but extremely poor service follow through This is my third Audi. The sales team is great for the most part. The failure occurs in the service department. My last name changed and I changed it with the service department 5 times before it was actually changed. I have never heard of a [place with luxury cars not providing a loan vehicle aside from here - you can pre-book and rent a car from them for the day! Ive complained about the service - the complementary wash taking forever after a service where I am waiting. Having the car the entire day and it still not getting the complementary wash. Appointments booked and not having the parts and then cancelled and rescheduled. I have had the service manager call to discuss when I sent in a poor survey and I went over everything to be told she was in the new position and would ensure my next time was much better, offering a vehicle for the day, full detailing etc. only to have her gone by the time the next service rolled around and no note of it anywhere. The service manager seemed to have changed a fair bit and no one takes responsibility. Aside from the pre-paid service I wont take any of my cars here for servicing. More
Ricepoint is ruining VW name. We hav had mixed service experiences...usually ends up more $ than quoted. We did the buy back thing in Florida, Returned, check received, and happy customers within a 30 day time span.....Kingston, going on Months.....especially since they started August.
