At an extremely difficult time in my life, challenged with some very serious health issues, I entered this dealership in search of a new vehicle. I was quickly introduced to Sean MacLean and I'm grateful. Sean was very patient with me, asking many questions to better understand my needs. He took the time to show me 3 different models, 2 of which we test drove. After a few visits, a deal was done and the waiting began. It seemed like forever for my vehicle to arrive, approximately 3 months (?) however Sean stayed in touch and kept me well informed. Due to my health challenges, Sean was kind enough to deliver my vehicle personally when it did finally arrive. As I live approximately 60 kms from the dealership, personal delivery was going above and beyond in my books and VERY MUCH appreciated! I love new vehicles, who doesn't? I do not enjoy the process of purchasing them. Sean kept things as simple as he could and helped me navigate through during a particularly challenging time for me. He is an excellent ambassador the Audi brand...knowledgeable and very professional! Thank you Sean...I'll be back! More

I was extremely impressed with his salesmanship, professionalism and friendly demeanour. He didn't attempt any pressure tactics and spent literally hours explaining features of our eventual purchase. We live in Belleville area and arrived late in the day looking to test drive a new JETTA. Alex, first explained a bit about the various models available. He kindly let us test drive the JETTA, without a dealer representative on-board (not all dealerships do this). He kindly pointed out other used car options on the lot. As it was getting very late, we decided to return to next day and met with Alex again. I showed some interest in the used 2015 AUDI on the lot. I fell in love with the car after the test drive, no comparison! We arrived at a purchase price quite quickly and arranged a pick up date. Upon arrival, Alex had already spent time programming in features ahead of time. We most definitely would purchase and recommend Alex to family and friends. I love my used 2015 A4 AUDI!! More

My first test drive of a used Golf R told me that I indeed, wanted a VW. After much searching the GTA, I kept returning to my communications with Alex, who was very efficient and personable in answering all my interminable questions. After much debating which model to choose, I purchased a GTI, manual transmission. LOVE IT! The deal went surprisingly smoothly especially since we were "dealing" from a distance, and an unseen car was being traded in as well. Thank you also to Doug in the "paperwork" department for a smooth transaction. More

In addition, she searched high and low to find me a 2017 Beetle Classic with a manual transmission which is what I had my heart set on. She worked diligently to ensure everything went smoothly with the transition. Frank has assisted me at the service counter and I found him to be attentive and genuine. Since I have purchased my new Beetle it is nice to see a familiar face at the counter when I come in. He is always friendly and efficient. More
