Still waiting on Kingston Toyota to get the parts that were back ordered when I bought my brand new truck. I’ve never had such a hard time with a company ever. They don’t seem to care that one of their cl were back ordered when I bought my brand new truck. I’ve never had such a hard time with a company ever. They don’t seem to care that one of their clients has been without parts they paid for for coming on 2 years !!!! When I purchased my truck there was a note in the glove box explaining that a handful of parts were missing due to supply shortages. I had no problems as I figured they’d be along before to long. These parts are standard equipment nothing fancy or special. We’ve made countless phone calls and visits to the dealership in person. Each time it’s a new excuse multiple phone messages never returned. It’s so disappointing. The lack of organization and compassion is heartbreaking I bought a Toyota because people speak so highly of the brand and I love the truck. But I’ve had nothing but issues with the Kingston dealership. I’ve tried and tried to be easygoing and relaxed waiting for them to make it right to no avail. Customer service is nonexistent!!!!! More

And because the 2nd key was missing , we have been waiting for a while, I contacted the sale manager Mr. Brule , he responded in short time , on his day off . I think they have a good team . Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Bought a 2019 tundra to be picked up a week later, never cleaned inside or out. Smelt like old gym socks and dog all through the cab. How the truck ever passed a safety certification with a broken stabilizer that made the truck turn right without holding the wheel, I ll never know. They are liars, and crooks. They ripped me off on parts that were supposed to come with the purchase and never delivered. The new ownership is worse than the last owners. The last owner may have been an xxx, but at least he didn’t rip you off like the new owners! More
It's been 10 days since I picked up my new 2021 Camry and I am so pleased with the way this car handles on the highway and in the city. The millage on this car is fantastic. Jim Kelman made the buying experience quick and easy when I purchased my 2020 Corolla SE. He was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all of my questions, and offered a no-pressure sales experience I purchased my 2020 Corolla SE. Don’t shop for a new car at Kingston Toyota. The sales associate will try to coerce you into a new car without providing any pertinent details, like finance rates or trade-in value. When I requested this information, the sales associate became quite rude and belligerent. When I insisted on a breakdown, they indicated it was confidential information and could not leave the showroom. They forced me to wait unnecessarily, and repeatedly asked, “do you want the truck or not?” I’m not one to be badgered. Sincerely, taking my business elsewhere. More
