Wow I’m disappointed, I drive a Toyota Tacoma that I purchased from the Kingston dealer. It’s no secrete that Toyota vehicles are top notch. However Kingston Toyota has let me down on several recent occ purchased from the Kingston dealer. It’s no secrete that Toyota vehicles are top notch. However Kingston Toyota has let me down on several recent occasions. My family alone has purchased over 10 new vehicles and trucks from Kingston and most recently in April I purchased a 2021 rav-4. We were given many promises to push us in the direction of buying this car. Some promises where a cargo box to be included in the price as well as the winter mats. When we went to pick up the vehicle they told us it was not included and we’d have to pay extra. We fought tooth and nail for our rubber mats and finally they said it was a mistake on their part and gave it to us but unfortunately didn’t follow through with their promise on the cargo box. Furthermore, we had paid for an extended warranty package that included 3 years of service at the Kingston location. When my girlfriend showed up today to have her tires rotated, surprise surprise they didn’t honour that promise either and she was told she’d have to pay. Although I wasn’t worried about spending the 60 dollars on the service I figured I’d reach out to the GM Ian Hunter and explain to him my situation, he made multiple excuses including telling me that I should’ve looked through all the paper work to catch the mistakes THEY hade made. He was very short and when I asked him to sort it out and give me a call back he didn’t bother. I’m beyond frustrated as I’ve dealt with this dealership for years and I won’t ever again. I am 22 years old and when I told my family about the way I was treated, my mom decided to call and he actually gave her the time of day. This is a huge slap in the face to me as I have spend a lot of money at this dealership and the manger wouldn’t give me the time of day because of my age. Buyer beware that they are now very sneaky since the dealer changed hands. More

Still waiting on Kingston Toyota to get the parts that were back ordered when I bought my brand new truck. I’ve never had such a hard time with a company ever. They don’t seem to care that one of their cl were back ordered when I bought my brand new truck. I’ve never had such a hard time with a company ever. They don’t seem to care that one of their clients has been without parts they paid for for coming on 2 years !!!! When I purchased my truck there was a note in the glove box explaining that a handful of parts were missing due to supply shortages. I had no problems as I figured they’d be along before to long. These parts are standard equipment nothing fancy or special. We’ve made countless phone calls and visits to the dealership in person. Each time it’s a new excuse multiple phone messages never returned. It’s so disappointing. The lack of organization and compassion is heartbreaking I bought a Toyota because people speak so highly of the brand and I love the truck. But I’ve had nothing but issues with the Kingston dealership. I’ve tried and tried to be easygoing and relaxed waiting for them to make it right to no avail. Customer service is nonexistent!!!!! Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Bought a 2019 tundra to be picked up a week later, never cleaned inside or out. Smelt like old gym socks and dog all through the cab. How the truck ever passed a safety certification with a broken stabilizer that made the truck turn right without holding the wheel, I ll never know. They are liars, and crooks. They ripped me off on parts that were supposed to come with the purchase and never delivered. The new ownership is worse than the last owners. The last owner may have been an xxx, but at least he didn’t rip you off like the new owners! More
