He has always provided personal, reliable and trustworthy service. He keeps us informed about new or used vehicles that he feels will meet our particular needs. I have noticed that he treats all his clients with respect and he has never failed to offer wise advice. Displayed on his office desk are many thank-you cards from grateful clients. Buyer Beware, PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE A BRAND NEW CAR in KINGSTON TOYOTA! I purchased Brand New RAV 4 2021 XLE Toyota, charged me extra $ 2000 for misc fee. When i asked for quote to trade my car for RAv4 Hybrid they charged me almost $5000 extra charges, they will lie saying it because of the bank, etc., here's the breakdown of extra charges- aftermarket $981, misc fees S1029, Gas $60, Freight and PDI over price of S100. Belleville Toyota i asked for a quote and same trade in value i paid way less and very transparent, they value they're customers. So please if your planning to trade your car or buy a brand new car stay away from Kingston Toyota, if there's O rating i will rate them O. No wonder customer feedback in there websites are not available as most people they already exploided. More

Although Toyotas are consistently among the best cars on the market, the real reason we still drive a Toyota is because of sales professional, Jim Kelman. In the beginning, Jim was recommended to us by some good Toyota-driving friends. What a good recommendation! Jim is very knowledgeable and professional about what he does, but his biggest asset is his personality. His positive, friendly, good-humoured disposition never changes. For example, during regular service calls at the dealership and if Jim was on duty, he would take time to come over to the waiting area for a friendly chat. He is really like a good neighbor. He takes a keen interest in his clients and their families, well beyond just the process of selling or leasing an automobile. Jim is a man who truly and sincerely loves what he does, and it shows. I f you can, DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA A rodent got into my blower and chewed up the cabin filter. Toyota charged me two hours labor at 125$ and hour. With the new filter the total came to 333.$. William Auto would charge only 1/2 hour for the job. On a previous service, somebody broke the clips necessary to hold in the filter.in place. They did not tell me about it and tried to blame me for that. Service did not check the filter on their last service and did not remind me to change it. I had to remind them. Their service charges are the highest, they cheat on the time and break things they do tell the customer. If you there, you are taking your chances. More

Wow I’m disappointed, I drive a Toyota Tacoma that I purchased from the Kingston dealer. It’s no secrete that Toyota vehicles are top notch. However Kingston Toyota has let me down on several recent occ purchased from the Kingston dealer. It’s no secrete that Toyota vehicles are top notch. However Kingston Toyota has let me down on several recent occasions. My family alone has purchased over 10 new vehicles and trucks from Kingston and most recently in April I purchased a 2021 rav-4. We were given many promises to push us in the direction of buying this car. Some promises where a cargo box to be included in the price as well as the winter mats. When we went to pick up the vehicle they told us it was not included and we’d have to pay extra. We fought tooth and nail for our rubber mats and finally they said it was a mistake on their part and gave it to us but unfortunately didn’t follow through with their promise on the cargo box. Furthermore, we had paid for an extended warranty package that included 3 years of service at the Kingston location. When my girlfriend showed up today to have her tires rotated, surprise surprise they didn’t honour that promise either and she was told she’d have to pay. Although I wasn’t worried about spending the 60 dollars on the service I figured I’d reach out to the GM Ian Hunter and explain to him my situation, he made multiple excuses including telling me that I should’ve looked through all the paper work to catch the mistakes THEY hade made. He was very short and when I asked him to sort it out and give me a call back he didn’t bother. I’m beyond frustrated as I’ve dealt with this dealership for years and I won’t ever again. I am 22 years old and when I told my family about the way I was treated, my mom decided to call and he actually gave her the time of day. This is a huge slap in the face to me as I have spend a lot of money at this dealership and the manger wouldn’t give me the time of day because of my age. Buyer beware that they are now very sneaky since the dealer changed hands. More
