Simply phenomenal experience from start to finish I initially went in to Kingston Dodge Chrysler just to have a look. I was doing a little pre-shopping after a collision that we anticipated might resu I initially went in to Kingston Dodge Chrysler just to have a look. I was doing a little pre-shopping after a collision that we anticipated might result in a total write off of my vehicle. We were warmly greeted in the parking lot by Wendy. She assured us that it was perfectly okay to take a 'pre-emptive' look at a replacement for my car, and told us about a great two day sales event they were having. She asked us all the pertinent questions, and answered all of our inquiries with honesty, integrity and professionalism that just is not seen in service markets anywhere these days. We were presented with fact based information, and were not put under any sales pressure whatsoever. Wendy had us sit down with Chuck to look at potential financing after I found a vehicle I really liked, in a colour that I loved! Chuck also gave us all the information we required and offered us several options to choose from to best suit our needs. All of this from folks who knew we might not even be in the market to purchase a new car, pending word from our insurance company. We did end up buying a new 2016 Chrysler 200 from them. Every single person we dealt with at Kingston Dodge was fantastic. They were very patient with me while I waited for what seemed like forever to get an answer from insurance. This was such a wonderful purchasing experience for us, I can only give my highest recommendation about the team there. When I took delivery of my car, Wendy went over every single thing with me, all the little '"need to knows" about the car, the warranty coverage...everything.
