We were treated exceptionally well, and he certainly helped to make it a very straightforward, pleasant, and happy experience for us. With two university age daughters, and one still in high school, it's been quite a while since we've had a new car in the driveway. However, it's been well worth the wait. The Journey that Doug found for us was a very slightly used company executive vehicle and is a wonderful, comfortable, great-driving car. All the features we could have hoped for, and even a few extra ones we hadn't counted on that make it really fun. I can't imagine a car that could possibly have been a better one for our family situation at this time. As well, my wife hopes to head into retirement over the course of this next year, so we're really looking forward to some quality travel time. Of course, being surrounded by that irreplaceable "new car" smell, that we all love so well, makes any "road time" a good time it seems.
