Didn't really take the time to explain anything to us and flat out lied to us about discounts on the vehicle we were looking at. It was a shady experience that left me questioning if I will ever go back to this dealership, let alone this agent. More

Not really the best Staff is very friendly no argument there. the sales person we dealt with was extremely good at what he does, sell cars. Once the deal was done and the handshaking and signatures were out of the way, it seems we were forgotten about. Maybe because we bought a use car and not a new one. So we show up to pick up our new vehicle (to us) and the salesperson had forgotten about our appointment , even though it was on his schedule. He had four other sales ready, but the lack of an admin assistant seemed to have him all discombobulated. So will we waited for stuff to catch up, staff was extremely friendly, offering us Pepsi and Coke, nice heh? So we drive off in out new (er) vehicle, without valid plates or registration, being told that they will be ready for pickup tomorrow at 2pm. So, the next day, I drive over, only to find out it will not be before 4pm. Service Canada is extremely busy apparently. And that is an excuse? But yet again, very friendly people with offers of soft drinks. How about you offer me a free service for my wasted time. More

We live 4 1/2 hours away from Kingston but were in town visiting family when on the spur of the moment I decided to check out Kingston Dodge's website, as we wanted to look for another AWD Dodge Charger because we absolutely love the one we have had for 5 years. A 2015 model was listed on the website, and I phoned to set up a time to see it. We dealt with Kyle Goodwins, and he was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. He also had that personal touch that made us feel so welcome, referring to my mother as "mom", joking around with us, and bringing us delicious cookies (baked by Penny) on the night we picked up the car. Purchasing from a distance can be tricky, but both Kyle and Penny made it such an easy and painless process that I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again when looking for a vehicle. Kyle even met us offsite on a Friday night to deliver the car which we really appreciated and has followed up with me since to make sure everything is ok. I highly recommend this dealership! More

When I first stopped at Kingston Dodge just to have a look I am a local small business owner and i am trying expand my business as well my portfolio. When I first stopped at Kingston Dodge just to have a look and see what they had. This wonderfully polite sales person approached me and asked me what i was looking for? I told her i was looking for a new truck but didn't know what I wanted. Plus I explained to her that i was in the process of do some other financial work and that I could not buy til all of that was settled. Without any pressure to buy Wendy spent the next 2 months helping me decide on a truck that would best suit my needs and my price range. Even held the Truck that i had my heart set on for almost a week while i finished up with my other financial work.
