He then introduced me to Nav Gill. Together, they answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were both extremely knowledgeable about KIA products. I had a vehicle in mind as well as a colour. Unfortunately the colour that I wanted was not readily available. Nav proceeded to search for the colour that I wanted. We discussed a second colour as an option. Nav indicated that he would be willing to make some concessions if I chose a second colour. I agreed. I was introduced to Vick Hasan who takes care of the financing side of the business. He was very well spoken and very friendly. He was honest with me and also gave me pointers on how to improve my credit. He was the first person ever that took the time to explain the items on my bureau in detail. For that I am extremely grateful. Once I was approved for financing, it was time to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was polished and looked fantastic. I have a two year old child and I had to figure out how to install his car seat in my new KIA Sorento. This is where Chantal came in to play. She took the time to show me how to install the car seat. She was extremely friendly and courteous. Despite the fact that she was wearing a skirt, she crawled into the back of the vehicle to hook up my car seat. I was incredibly impressed. She definitely went above and beyond to help ensure the safety of my little boy. Thank you Chantal! I would like to thank the entire team at Kia for the manner in which they dealt with me. They helped me realize a dream of owning an SUV. I will definitely be back for future purchases and I will certainly recommend Nav and his team to anyone who is contemplating buying a new or used vehicle. My first experience with Kia in 2011 with the previous owners was not a good one, however the new owners have made dealing at Kia a wonderul experience. Kia had a special on for previous Kia owners. I met with Derrick Tomlinson. Derrick was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the monthly price was more than I wanted to pay. That same evening Nav Gill, the sales manager, phoned me and asked me to come back in the following day. He asked me pertinent questions on the phone so that he was well aware of the monthly payment that I was looking for and the vehicle we were interested in. When I met with Nav the following day, he was very thorough and gave me a few options that fit my budget. Needless to say I am the proud owner of a 2014 Rondo EX. I truly love the vehicle. All of the staff at Kia of St Catharines are very helpful and friendly and even have a great sense of humour. If anyone is looking for a Kia, I would highly recommend Kia of St Catharines.
