After doing alot of reaserch online I knew that I wanted my next vehicle to be a Kia Sorrento. I went out of my way to see them and had such a outstanding time that I felt compelled to share my story!! From the moment I walked into their store I was warmly greeted by a Sales rep named Luca. I told him what I was interested in and he took the time to explain the difference in trim levels so that we were sure that I was getting the correct model with all of the features that I need.He was also able to structure the payments to suit my budget which I really appreciated The dealer principal David Britton stopped by and introduced himself(This has never happend in all my years if car shopping!!) He thanked me for choosing to shop with them. He even offered my a complimentary drink and something to eat while I was doing my transaction. This is not my first time shopping for a car so I am farmiliar with the process and when I finally went into the business office to finalize the deal I was again very warmly greeted by their financial services manager Elaine Libertore. She sat me down and went through all of my options for additional coverage of my new car with knowledge and eliquence. She was not at all pushy or abrasive in her approach and that led me to invest in more products than I normally would consider because the value was clear and they really felt like family. I would strongly reccomend Kia of Newmarket to anyone in the market for a Kia . They are extremly knowledgeable about their products and it feels like doing business with family which makes it easy and comfortable. We love the way it looks, feels, runs - especially in the snow :-) This dealership has an excellent atmosphere, and appears to be very successful. I was in the market for a new car and really had no idea what I wanted. I live in North York so it wasn't very close for me but in the end, it was definitely worth driving up to see the team in Newmarket. Everyone I met was really friendly and helpful and so knoweledgable about all the KIA vehicles. I also really liked how everyone works together as a team. KIA of Newmarket definitely doesn't have the typical feel of a regular car dealership. One person who really stood out to me was Elaine Liberatore. She was so sweet and so patient with me and she really took the time to answer all my questions. She is a very bubbly and happy person who I really feel enjoys her job. I really just can't thank her enough for being so helpful and taking the time to sit and answer all my questions. I never felt pressured by her at all. She was absolutely fantastic! I ended up purchasing a KIA Rio and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I've already recommended the car and the dealership to a couple of friends and I can definitely say that I will be going back to KIA of Newmarket to service my RIO and to buy any vehicles I need in the future!
