I am very satisfied with my brand new Optima, I came to this dealership and found this dealership put customer service absolutely to their number one place. Ashley was very patient with me even I told her this dealership and found this dealership put customer service absolutely to their number one place. Ashley was very patient with me even I told her I wasn't ready to buy a car untill I test drove all the cars I had in my mind, I went to other dealerships to test drive other cars and returned to this dealership for 2 very simple reasons, one is their customer service and another one is the price of the vehicle. The whole dealership was very friendly to me from their reception to their sales manager and business manager, Ashley sat down with me for at least 2 hours explaining every single option for me and she appeared to be very professonal while walking me through every detail. The delivery went smooth and Ashley was able to teach me every single feature in the car, I was very impressed with this dealership especially. I would definitely 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who is currently looking for a Kia in the market. More

As a Kia owner for just over two years, I must say that the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. His extensive knowledge, and kindness makes it easy to be a customer of Kia Newmarket. While I was waiting for my service appointment, I decided to speak with the financial department regarding a question I had.
