As a Kia owner for just over two years, I must say that the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This allows me to have such confidence and comfort every time I stop in for service, or jus the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A great example was today (March 19/2012) - I had brought my Rio5 in for a route service appointment and Nunzio Piccinni provided me with great service. His extensive knowledge, and kindness makes it easy to be a customer of Kia Newmarket. While I was waiting for my service appointment, I decided to speak with the financial department regarding a question I had. Not only did Elaine provide me with the proper solution, she also gave me different option to look at. Thank you Elaine!! My Neighbour had just purchased her new Kia and I like the looks and style of the vehicle and being in the need of a new vehicle asked her where she bought it....she told me Kia of Newmarket....and Luca Bensette was her salesrep. I decided one day when in Newmarket to stop in and see the cars and lucky for me, Luca was working that day and I asked for him and explained how I came about his information and we started to talk about vehicles...I was Very Impressed as this was the first time in purchasing a vehicle that the Sales Person asked and talked about My Needs in a vehicle...a refreshing change being asked what I wanted and Needed, not what Someone Else wanted me to have. I appreciated the No Pressure style in buying in from Luca and being treated with not only Respect while asking questions, but the honest answers I received and not swaying My Decision in any way.....and before I knew it, I had a New Car...a New Car that I Wanted! Going over the financing of any large purchase can sometimes be confusing and stressful, but not in this case. Elaine Liberatore made the entire transaction straight forward and simple...and like Luca, answered any questions that I had putting me at total ease....and knowing I was buying the right vehicle but more importantly ...at the Right Dealership, and from the Right People! These two people made purchasing My Kia Soul one of the Best Decisions I've ever made in purchasing a vehicle.
