I am very satisfied with my brand new Optima, I came to this dealership and found this dealership put customer service absolutely to their number one place. The whole dealership was very friendly to me from their reception to their sales manager and business manager, Ashley sat down with me for at least 2 hours explaining every single option for me and she appeared to be very professonal while walking me through every detail.
