Our lease was up on our Toyota Corolla S, and we weren't going to be going back to the toyota dealership to get another Toyota, seeing as the Kia Forte caught our eye. I have to say dealing with Elaine Liberatore was an absolute pleasure! What a complete asset to that dealership. Lindsey, was not only very courteous to my husband and I, but she really built a great rapport with us! I felt at ease talking about money with her and did not feel pressured to purchase that same day (although I did) because she actually listened to what I wanted, and understood my limitations. My past experience with sales person were usually unpleasant but definitely not the case with Ashley. She was friendly and patient. Introduced and test drove quite a number of cars. After my purchase, her follow up and the car delivery were also very professional.
