Visiting near by dealerships I was unable to find what I was looking for, within my price range and also found that the sales representatives were too money driven and did not focus on the customer (ME!!). Lindsey, was not only very courteous to my husband and I, but she really built a great rapport with us! I felt at ease talking about money with her and did not feel pressured to purchase that same day (although I did) because she actually listened to what I wanted, and understood my limitations. She was a great help and was able to show me a couple of different models that fit my needs and more! Great customer service experience! More
