Anathasia, we adhered to every law regarding your diagnosis (we discounted it as well and checked your recalls, all documented) and the estimate we provided you afterwards. Furthermore you made it impossible to have any sort of conversation with our staff members Brandon and Todd due to your excessively rude and abusive behaviour. We are people too, you've threatened our staff and owners multiple times, claiming at one point your brother is a judge and he would "take care of us". You are correct, we did offer to donate to a charity of your choice after you stated the issue was over the "Principle of the matter and not the money (89.95), if I got the money I would donate it to charity". Frankly it goes to show your dishonesty in all of this by suggesting the money should go to charity then declining when we agree to donate and match it by twice the amount. Why would you bother to make such an offer if you did not wish to go through with it? At this point as you have been told from the staff, please do not return, cease harassing the staff of the dealership and take your business elsewhere that you seem to believe entitles you to belittle charity and verbally abuse people.

None of what you are saying is correct. Where did I say my brother is a judge and he will take care of you? Please show your evidenxe of this because that is liabel and a very seriouss charge...show your EVIDENCE. Do not continue telll blatany lie, your customers deserve better. Furthermore, yes I did say I may give MY money to charity and that is MY decision to do what I want with, not YOURS. I can bury MY money in my back yard and that is of NO concern to you. Odd mentality you have that you feel you have the right to dictate what I can or cannot do with MY money. Also what do you mean you gave me an estimate AFTERWARDS? You charged me a diafnistic fee for a misdiagnosis of which that fee was never told to me until the day I picked up the car. Not to mention my car has 24K on it and all is under warranty.I never recieved anything in writing, as per the laws of Ontario dicatate, even though I have txt msgs and emails asking Sonja to send me this info by email in writing...as, ONCE AGAIN the laws of Ontario dictate. Then Sonja tells me the problem with the noises I was hearing is from dirty brakes. 3 times she told me this but of course when I asked her to put that in writing she would not, but of course you know I have that evidence as well. Of course Plaza Kia, who did the proper job found out it was the break pads and rotor. Seriously...dirty brakes? Wow! Then I take my car to Plaza Kia who actually found the real issues and fixed them ALL under warranty. So why not tell your customers why they should pick you over another Kia dealership who will not rip them off like you did to.me? And YES you did rip me off and I have ample evidence of that which I am happy to show the world. How about you show your evidence? Btw having an in-house work order on YOUR system does not constitute as evidence that it was ever given to the customer. Tell your customers how, instead of doing the right thing and refunding the diagnostic charge, which should not have never been charged in the first place, and of which I gave you 3 chances to do , you threatened to have your lawyer send me a cease and desist letter for slanderous defamatuon which I had to explain to you was valid ONLY if the written words were proven untrue, and since it is the qeitten word it would be liabel....and like I said I have ample evidence of what I say being indeed true. Every single word. So bring it on. Now however, YOU have gone down the liabel road with the false remark about my brother and that was ACTUAL liabel because that was never said, and I also have evidence of that as well. Please ask your lawyer what constitutes liabel and what constitutes evidence because you are obviously lacking in this knowledge. And now you have opened up a legitimate legal battle over $144 wrongful charge. You Brandon, and my dealings with yourself, Sonja and Todd have been nothing but lies and deceit. You guys startred a fight for absolutely no good reason, well now you've got a BIG one! Not to worry, there is zero fear of me EVER coming back to your dealership, I would need to be mentally unstable to do so now wouldn't I. And again, there are ethical dealerships, such as Plaza Kia, who would be happy to properly service YOUR unhappy customers. So adking me not to come there again serves only as comedy...thanks for tha laugh!

And yet another lie from you Kia Newmarket. The amount your dealership charged me is $144.64f for the diagnostic and not $89.95 as you stated in your reply. And please tell me how by ME not allowing YOU to donate MY money to charity is ME being dishonest? NEVER did I ask you to, or authorize you to give MY money to charity. I am smart enough to make my own donations and get a tax receipt. And please tell me how I threatened your staff? That is a very serious accusation. You know I have proof of my conversations with your staff which clearly shows none of that transpired. This is not a very smart thing to put in writing on the internet when you 1. know it is false and 2. know I have evidence to prove it is false.
