From the very early stages of contacting this dealership via email regarding an online ad to the completion of the sale and pick up of my car, the experience was great. One thing that stood out for me was not the friendliness of everyone, it was the sincerity of their friendliness and smiles. Either these people are honest or i've just met the greatest actors in the world ... my money is on the former. The final presentation of the vehicle in the showroom was a very nice, and unique, touch. If I have one critique of my experience, it was the wait to sit down to work through the contract agreement and financing ... that seemed to take much longer than I could understand as it was late in the day on a Saturday and i was the only customer in the dealership. And the sales effort with the dealer upgrades took quite some time. Kieran was great from the start of the sales process to the end. I never had the 'pushy' experience one comes to expect as a customer in a car dealership The receptionist/cashier was very friendly ... always had a smile. Jay the sales manager was very friendly, straight forward and accessible. All of the other staff were also very friendly throughout my time there. Helen was very thorough with the financing and sale contract, all in a very friendly manner. She made a strong case for the warranties and rustproofing Overall, a great group of individuals. I would strongly recommend this dealer, and i have purchased a Kia from another dealer so i do have a recent comparison for this auto manufacturer. More
