Jennifer was excellent. I had previously visited two other dealerships where one tried to upsale me and the other was too busy cutting up others products. I walked into Kia met Jennifer who listened to exactly what I had to say. I had a set price I wanted to spend in mind. I wanted a to downsize from my van but I still needed room and wanted to be able to take my Special Needs sons bike with me when travelling. I have 4 boys 3 of which still travel with me. On the sales floor was a 2011 Forte 5 the hatchback was exactly what I needed for size. Jennifer brought around a 2012 for me to test drive but....when we opened the hatch to check it out we discovered the hatch had changed and well the bike wouldn't fit in new design. I looked at Jennifer and said "it won't work,I want that car in there. What will you sell it to me for" Jennifer came back with a great price and I walked away with the car I wanted spending exactly the amount of money I wanted to spend. I would reccomend Jennifer. I appreciate that Jennifer didn't try to upsale me and focused on the car at hand not everything else that could have also worked but would have cost me more. I should also add that since buying my car I have spoken to Jennifer because I had a few questions and she is prompt to call me back. Thanks Jennifer. From the very early stages of contacting this dealership via email regarding an online ad to the completion of the sale and pick up of my car, the experience was great. One thing that stood out for me was not the friendliness of everyone, it was the sincerity of their friendliness and smiles. Either these people are honest or i've just met the greatest actors in the world ... my money is on the former. The final presentation of the vehicle in the showroom was a very nice, and unique, touch. If I have one critique of my experience, it was the wait to sit down to work through the contract agreement and financing ... that seemed to take much longer than I could understand as it was late in the day on a Saturday and i was the only customer in the dealership. And the sales effort with the dealer upgrades took quite some time. Kieran was great from the start of the sales process to the end. I never had the 'pushy' experience one comes to expect as a customer in a car dealership The receptionist/cashier was very friendly ... always had a smile. Jay the sales manager was very friendly, straight forward and accessible. All of the other staff were also very friendly throughout my time there. Helen was very thorough with the financing and sale contract, all in a very friendly manner. She made a strong case for the warranties and rustproofing Overall, a great group of individuals. I would strongly recommend this dealer, and i have purchased a Kia from another dealer so i do have a recent comparison for this auto manufacturer. More
