Kia of Newmarket

I was recently in an accident that ended up leaving me without a car. I had been eyeing the Kia Soul since they first came to Canada, and had never had a reason to get a new car... what better reason the without a car. I live in Toronto and had looked at a few Kia dealerships here, I found not only were the prices high, the sales staff was incredibly pushy. This is when I found the Soul in Newmarket for a far better price. I met with Blake the following Saturday for a test drive. He was friendly, informative and most of all I felt no pressure. I knew right away this was the car for me. Next step was the financing... I can't say enough about how lovely and accommodating Elaine is. She worked with many banks to get me the financing, best rate and most affordable payments. She certainly went above and beyond and kept me in the loop every step of the way! She was wonderful! Overall it was a great experience and I will be sure to send any friends or family your way Blake! LOVING THE SOUL!!! More

From the moment I set foot inside the Kia of Newmarket dealership the customer service was beyond amazing. I loved working with Luca to purchase my new Rio. He knew the Kia products very well and listened to me as I desicrbed what I needed. He showed me the Rio, gave me information about its various features and answered all of my questions. He let me do what I needed to do to make a decision that was best for me. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Helen and Elain made dealing with all of the paperwork as smooth and easy as possible. I really appreciate the time, effort and patience of all three of them - I was so exicted and nervous about making this purchase but they guided me through the entire process and helped make it a wonderful experience.
