I had been a Toyota owner for almost 20 years but in recent years I have found their cursomer service to be lacking and when I was notified that my lease would soon be ending, my old dealership did not recent years I have found their cursomer service to be lacking and when I was notified that my lease would soon be ending, my old dealership did not seem to be interested in keeping me as a customer. From the moment I set foot inside the Kia of Newmarket dealership the customer service was beyond amazing. I loved working with Luca to purchase my new Rio. He knew the Kia products very well and listened to me as I desicrbed what I needed. He showed me the Rio, gave me information about its various features and answered all of my questions. He let me do what I needed to do to make a decision that was best for me. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Helen and Elain made dealing with all of the paperwork as smooth and easy as possible. I really appreciate the time, effort and patience of all three of them - I was so exicted and nervous about making this purchase but they guided me through the entire process and helped make it a wonderful experience. Jennifer was excellent. I had previously visited two other dealerships where one tried to upsale me and the other was too busy cutting up others products. I walked into Kia met Jennifer who listened to exactly what I had to say. I had a set price I wanted to spend in mind. I wanted a to downsize from my van but I still needed room and wanted to be able to take my Special Needs sons bike with me when travelling. I have 4 boys 3 of which still travel with me. On the sales floor was a 2011 Forte 5 the hatchback was exactly what I needed for size. Jennifer brought around a 2012 for me to test drive but....when we opened the hatch to check it out we discovered the hatch had changed and well the bike wouldn't fit in new design. I looked at Jennifer and said "it won't work,I want that car in there. What will you sell it to me for" Jennifer came back with a great price and I walked away with the car I wanted spending exactly the amount of money I wanted to spend. I would reccomend Jennifer. I appreciate that Jennifer didn't try to upsale me and focused on the car at hand not everything else that could have also worked but would have cost me more. I should also add that since buying my car I have spoken to Jennifer because I had a few questions and she is prompt to call me back. Thanks Jennifer.
