From the moment I walked in to Newmarket Kia, I had a great experience. My sales professional Luca was attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. After I left from my first visit, Luca took the time to follow up with me when I requested and wasn't overly aggressive in trying to make a sale. He and I communicated mostly over email and he took the time to reply to me after hours and on his days off. Once we finalized a deal, he kept me up to date with delivery and was great in showing me the features and how to use all the options. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Newmarket Kia and Luca to friends and family when they are looking to purchase their next vehicle. More
