From the moment I walked in to Newmarket Kia, I had a great experience. My sales professional Luca was attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. After I left from my first visit, Luca took the time to follow up with me when I requested and wasn't overly aggressive in trying to make a sale. He and I communicated mostly over email and he took the time to reply to me after hours and on his days off. Once we finalized a deal, he kept me up to date with delivery and was great in showing me the features and how to use all the options. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Newmarket Kia and Luca to friends and family when they are looking to purchase their next vehicle. More

I was recently in an accident that ended up leaving me without a car. I had been eyeing the Kia Soul since they first came to Canada, and had never had a reason to get a new car... what better reason the without a car. I live in Toronto and had looked at a few Kia dealerships here, I found not only were the prices high, the sales staff was incredibly pushy. This is when I found the Soul in Newmarket for a far better price. I met with Blake the following Saturday for a test drive. He was friendly, informative and most of all I felt no pressure. I knew right away this was the car for me. Next step was the financing... I can't say enough about how lovely and accommodating Elaine is. She worked with many banks to get me the financing, best rate and most affordable payments. She certainly went above and beyond and kept me in the loop every step of the way! She was wonderful!
