This evening while attending Kia Newmarket for car service we were greeted by Katelyn Field. Her friendly professional and knowledgeable manner was a nice welcome to us. I have been considering going elsewhere for service since Deb was let go as she was who was the amazing staff that kept me driving the distance for service. A very pleasant group of folks to deal with in the Service Department and they try to be as accomodating as possible. I used to deal with Dixie Kia and their service department left an awful lot to be desired ... poor workmanship and less than accomodating staff. Newmarket Kia is heads and shoulders above them. Keep up the good work. they make departing with the hard earned cash a "little more tolerable" :) More
Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who directed me to service where I met Katelyn Field. I relaxed in the lobby and enjoyed complimentary freshly popped popcorn and a coffee, read magazines and watched the news. Katelyn checked in with me a couple of times to see how I was doing and to let me know how things were going. When my car was ready Kate promptly explained every thing that was done and what was found. I found the atmosphere to be friendly and relaxing and the service was quick and met all my expectations. Kia of Newmarket is a dealership that knows how to put the customer at ease and provides efficient and friendly service. I was satisfied with the whole experience. More
The best experience during my last visit was the way the service advisor looked (Katelyn Field) after me after my visit for the Rondo recall. She is the consummate professional, Kia of Newmarket needs more employees like her. Even though I selected yes for recommendation without Katelyn's experience the respond would have been a big NO. I am still having the same issue that I went into the dealership for, even though they replaced the parts under warrantly the problem still exists, I was told to check back in a while if the problem did not go away even though I am almost at the end of my warranty period. The service manager provided an explanation for the problem that was not logical and at the end the remedy according to him is to OEM the part even though I paid extra for the addition as per the dealer recommendation. How easy it is to fool a customer in spending their hard earned money and then abandon them once they have their hookes into you by hiding behind departmental differences within the dealership. "Katelyn Field" is the person that made the experience very positive, not the service department. More
I really enjoy dealing with these folks. I always leave the place with a smile - though sometimes with a lighter wallet than I expected. My experience was great when I visited Kia of Newmarket. I was very impressed with the Service Department. A lot of thought went into making sure all the needs of the customer were taken care of. For exam I was very impressed with the Service Department. A lot of thought went into making sure all the needs of the customer were taken care of. For example, the kids area; so kids can play while you wait for your car to be serviced. The couch area with the TV is another no brainer, keeps the customer entertained while waiting. Offering coffee is a great thing and there were so many choices. Maybe adding a Tea option would be great as well. Also Katelyn Field my personal Service Advisor took care of me during my wait. She is exceptional and made sure my stay was comfortable and always checked up on me with updates about my cars service. One of the main reasons I was so happy with the experience is because of Katelyn. She will hopefully be running that place one day:) Massimo More
