I received $1500 more for my trade in and I saved $1000 off the car by going to another Kia dealer. $700 in Admin fees??? I GUESS THE OTHER DEALER DIDN'T LOSE MONEY BY GIVING ME A FAIR DEAL EH! More

I just bought my first car from Kia of Newmarket and I could not be happier. I had been to several other dealerships in the area and none were even comparable to the experience I had at Kia of Newmarket. could not be happier. He took the time to find me a car that was exactly what I wanted. I bought a Kia Forte and I love it! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know, and I would certainly recommend them to ask for Blake!! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan and he was extremely helpful and friendly as well. The whole team at Kia really goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer’s expectations are met, if not surpassed. I have rated this dealership and my sales person, Blake Tobin, straight 5's for the following reasons. I started out my car search on Saturday August 24th at a VW dealership in North York where I was c Tobin, straight 5's for the following reasons. I started out my car search on Saturday August 24th at a VW dealership in North York where I was checking out a Tiguan. I had the car-shopping experience I expected - a busy dealership where I didn't feel the sales person really wanted to try to do anything for me. And his response when I asked for a standard? "But why do you want a standard?" Then on Monday I called the Newmarket Kia and Blake answered after 2 rings (a pleasant surprise since the Kia dealership I called before that went into voicemail). We hit it off right away with our mutual respect for standard transmission cars! I arranged an appointment for a test drive for Tuesday morning at 9:30 and didn't leave until 3 that afternoon, after I'd purchased a Sportage! I had never purchased a car before, and Blake patiently took me for a test drive in a base model, explained the car features and purchase price and options, let me test drive a higher model, let me revisit the base model, and the whole time reassured me on my initial decision to get a standard transmission (especially when I hadn't driven one in several years).I have never in my life met anyone in sales who is so patient! I did not feel rushed and he never once was exasperated - which I would have been!!! He put together a deal that gave me what I wanted and that worked for the dealership. And then arranging to have a standard transmission shipped and ready in 2 days - awesome! Blake Tobin is a star. And a very big thank you to Jordon Tobin for his help also with securing a good deal for my low profile rims/tires . And Helen Li for her help with making the extended warranty "cash flow" affordable and for being, well, so nice and also patient! Everyone was very helpful and worked to get the vehicle finished in the time I had allotted. Visiting from BC and found that my mother's car had a clunk in the front end. The sales rep that I had answered all the questions i had even when he was not working. I wanted a car colour that they did not have on the lot at the time, and was told it could possibly between 2 and 6 weeks before i got it, i received the car in under 1 week. Overall my experience was great and I am very happy with my new Kia Rio. More
