Like many other customers, our search for a new vehicle was tiring, very long and very frustrating. We visited many dealerships and test drove many different vehicles. Many of the dealers have some good incentives but lacked in customer service(some severely) or an alluring form of financing. When we finally narrowed it down to what type of vehicle was best suited to our needs, we began to narrow down our search, which made it a little less frustrating. Our first visit to Newmarket KIA with Rob was a great experience. He was very patient, personable, informative and well versed on all the vehicles(unlike other dealers salespersons). So Rob solidified our experience with Newmarket KIA. We left feeling a lot more focused on what we were looking for. The next visit back to Newmarket KIA happened because we were just tired of the "GAME" other dealers were playing when prices were discussed. When we returned back to Newmarket KIA, Dave, like Rob, was very patient, personable, informative and well versed with all the Kia vehicles. We ended up test driving the 2014 Kia Sedona, which ended up being a very good experience. We went home, did some more research on the vehicle on the internet. Most of the reviews were very positive. Also, Consumer Reports also gave the vehicle a recommendation. This helped finalize our decision. So back we go to Newmarket KIA to finalize the deal. The whole experience after this point was everything but stressful. Helen was a delight and a pleasure to deal with. We felt a little bad because we kept them there well after 10:00p.m. That wasn't a problem for them. They were an absolute pleasure. In fact, all the staff that we interacted with were fantastic. Bravo Newmarket KIA, other dealers should take classes from your dealership! We look forward to having great experiences with your service department in the future. More
Stephanie, as always, was excellent to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. The reason I listed the quality of work as "OK" is that one of the items listed on the service report for the vehicle (which friendly and helpful. The reason I listed the quality of work as "OK" is that one of the items listed on the service report for the vehicle (which was in for a 48,000 km service) was a tire rotation. There are uni-directional tires on the vehicle, which means they can only be rotated front to back. However, there are wear marks on the rims that I am very familiar with, and after I was home and looking over the car I realized they had definitely not rotated any of the wheels from their original positions when I brought the car in. I purchased my vehicle at Kia of Newmarket (as have other family members) and have enjoyed the work of their service department in the past. However, as I do not live or work in Newmarket any more, it is tricky to schedule in appointments and certainly inconvenient to have to go back for work that should have been done (and was stated to have been done) during the service in the first place. As such, I won't be going out of my way to have this one issue corrected. More
I find Stephanie excellent in every way. She is always extremely friendly whether you are talking to her in person or on the phone. She always ensures that she goes over your bill, so that you know exactl extremely friendly whether you are talking to her in person or on the phone. If you have any questions she is more than willing to answer them, and if she cannot, she finds some one that can. She represents Kia very well as a front line person, and is the reason I continue to go back. More
Katelyn was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to assist me in getting my car fixed.
