I was surprised and disappointed with the unfriendly and dishonest treatment by Angela Ford, who was working through third party financing. On arrival there were immediate surprises and deviations from plan a) I would not only not be getting a car from their own lot, but from some mysterious lender (who would only allow me to select 'certain vehicles" according to Angela b) another unknown -a 1000 dollar deposit-(not disclosed or discussed by her or by my referral WHOM I only applied to over the telephone c) This is shady, dishonest business practise and should be emplyed where it belongs-on a SLEAZY corner lot d) I pointed out to Angela the AMOUNT OF INCONVENIENCE AND HARDSHIP THIS CAUSED ME D) DON'T GO THERE THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A DEALERSHIP AND THEY ARE DISHONEST, SHADY AND POORLY MANAGED IN THE WAY THEY SUPERVISE THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR HONESTY AND THEIR OVERALLL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS More

I have given this rating becasue the sevice is always great. I went in for quarterly oil change/checkup. Always a pleasure to see Martha and Billy, friendly and helpful. I recently dealt with Mike Pizzuti (Sales) and Dave Weinberg (Financing) on a used vehicle that Kia of Hamilton took in on a trade. This transaction was slightly out of the ordinary as I am located 5 hours away from the dealership, so everything was negotiated via email and over the phone prior to my arrival. Both Mike and Dave were friendly, prompt, and courteous - calls and emails were answered in a timely fashion and the whole negotiation process and financing process was fairly smooth. There were a couple of minor snags on the closing/delivery day, however, I felt the issues were dealt with both fairly and professionally. I would recommend Kia of Hamilton and would specifically recommend Mike and Dave. It's worth noting I chose this dealership (and my salesperson) based on the positive Dealer Rater reviews/feedback and the competitive used vehicle pricing. More

From the moment we walked into Upper James Kia, we were welcomed by staff that immediately made us feel like OUR needs were the only thing that mattered. Throughout the entire experience, my wife and I never felt pressured to "make a sale". We walked in planning on learning more about a few cars we were considering and walked out with a brand new car - not because of a quick sales tactic, but after carefully reviewing our needs and matching them to the Kia Rondo - we've never been happier! Purchased our second used vehicle from Kia Hamilton, and was assured by sales person it was accident free. After making the deal and doing the final financing paperwork was asked to sign off that I was made was assured by sales person it was accident free. After making the deal and doing the final financing paperwork was asked to sign off that I was made aware of two accidents totalling nearly $5000 in damages. I was shocked as I specifically asked if the vehicle had ever been in a accident or repainted. I had checked the vehicle over top to bottom and it all looked good so I signed off on it. Well two months later we are noticing the paint is very soft and scratches very easily. Also noticed minor things like cabin air filter clogged with leaves and mice living under the hood. After the issues we had with our first purchase and now with the second we surely will not return to Kia of Hamilton. More
