My experience at Kia Hamilton was amazing. From the first step into the door to driving my new Optima off the lot! All staff were friendly and I was very impressed with the customer service! I purchased a new Rio 2013. Everyone was helpful but Mya specifically helped me through the process. I was nervous because it was my first car from a dealership but with her help, she made it easy and ever specifically helped me through the process. This is my 3rd vehicle with Kia. This was the best experience I had with buying a car. I requested for a pre approval, and got an email back with in the next few hrs. John was great he search for over 30 cars that I would qualify for before I even looked at them. When I finally got to Kia he should me the cars that I could afford.
