I recently visited Kia of Hamilton to trade in my 2010 Kia Soul for the new 2013 Kia Soul - i just love my "Kia Soul" and tell everyone about it. I should be doing commercials for Kia - I honestly love t Kia Soul for the new 2013 Kia Soul - i just love my "Kia Soul" and tell everyone about it. I had purchased my previous Kia Soul at the Kia of Hamilton location, and have always been very pleased with the great service and friendly atmosphere. That is why I did not hesitate to return to the same location to upgrade my car. I dealt with a very warm and friendly Sales person by the name of Mike Pizzuti. I found Mike to be honest and fair, and a delight to deal with. He insisted we go for a test drive of the new 2013 Kia Soul, even though I said it wasn't necessary. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the new car, and show me all the new "gadgets" that come with the 2013 Soul. When I told him that I was ready to purchase the new 2013 Soul, we started to talk about prices, etc. Once we came to an agreement, he wanted to make sure I was okay and comfortable with it all, and I assured him I was. It made the whole experience worth while and I am so glad I decided to upgrade to the new model. I believe Mike is a great asset to their establishment, and they are fortunate to have him working there. Mike also contacted me shortly after I picked up my new car just too see how things were going the new car. Great service!! I have referred friends in the past, and will continue to refer friends in the future. More

I found the experience of buying my new Soul very good. Frank was very knowlegeable about the vehicle answered all questions and was not aggressive. I had a very positive experience buying my new (used) car at Kia of Hamilton. The manager,Jordan that I first met was friendly and welcoming, and introduced me to Mike Pizzuti who was my salesman. He showed me cars I was interested in, came with me to test drive, and helped me narrow the field to the one I ultimately bought. He respected my need to shop more before making my decision, called me when he said he would, and welcomed me back. My car was still there when I returned. We discussed my feelings on other cars I had seen, looked at pros and cons, and off we went on another test drive. Now we both knew we were in the right car for me. A good and fair deal was struck, arrangements made with the lovely, honest friendly Dawn West on the financing and warranty end, and i was done. My vehicle was ready sparkling clean when promised, papers signed, car inspected, and I was the proud owner of a new car! It was an easy and positive experience, and I would recommend the team at Kia of Hamilton to anyone. More
