Overall a great car buying experience. I felt that everybody I dealt with was honest and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. Then, I met with Dawn to sign the deal, and when I got home, I noticed that, due to an honest typo, I had signed to a price that did not account for that $500. I knew that I had signed agreeing to the price, so thought that's that, I'd have just have to eat the $500 because of my own negligence. I called Dawn, who dealt with it immediately and without any fuss, and gave me a new price with the $500 off. I was very impressed. Thanks Kia of Hamilton. More
