This was my first time buying my own car. I was nervous and didn't know that much about anything. Mya was so helpful and nice and honest from the minute I walked in the door. She Helped me so much. I know and didn't know that much about anything. Mya was so helpful and nice and honest from the minute I walked in the door. She Helped me so much. I know she went above and beyond, calling me on her day off to make sure everything was arranged, or waiting on hold with the insurance company. I've never experienced customer service like that. She genuinely cared and wanted to help me rather then just make a sale. I am a single mom and she was compassionate to that as well and helped me and made sure my daughters liked the car and even had juice boxes for them. I have told many people already about her and Kia and will continue to use this dealership because of her. Thank you Mya!! More

Mya was the most helpful sales person I've encountered in a long time. She is also considerate, knowledgeable, and doesn't push you, which is something I appreciate when making decisions such encountered in a long time. Absolutely LOVED dealing with the folks at KIA Hamilton!! I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in all our years of car buying. This was my oldest daughter's first "big dealership" / new c I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in all our years of car buying. This was my oldest daughter's first "big dealership" / new car experience (she's always bought vehicles from small dealerships) and she was thrilled with the whole experience. Gary was an easy going, honest and sincere guy to deal with (not common in this industry!). Everyone we dealt with, from reception, finance managers, gm and various sales staff on our different visits was great. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
