I was in the market for a used car and after looking online, decided to go to KIA of Hamilton as they appeared to have a good selection of used vehicles to choose from. Mya came to help my wife and I l online, decided to go to KIA of Hamilton as they appeared to have a good selection of used vehicles to choose from. Mya came to help my wife and I look for a car. We let her know what our budget was and Mya was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that fit our needs and was within our budget. I believe we purchased a vehicle with an hour of being on the lot. Maya's friendliness, knowledge and dedication made our purchase and experience a piece of cake. A followup call a few days later from Mya to see how everything was, was a nice touch. It's nice to know that as soon as your out the door you're not forgotten. I am happy with the vehicle, happy with the price I paid, happy with my sales consultant and happy with the overall experience dealing with KIA of Hamilton. I recommend Mya and KIA to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Mya was extremely helpful. We visited other dealerships in the perilous days but none of them were as helpful,friendly, or perfessional as mya, I would absolutely recommend seeing her if you were looking t in the perilous days but none of them were as helpful,friendly, or perfessional as mya, I would absolutely recommend seeing her if you were looking to buy a new Kia. I recently visited Kia regarding purchasing a new vehicle. As a loyal Kia customer for over 5 years I was once again pleased with my experience this time around and I couldn't believe how committed t vehicle. As a loyal Kia customer for over 5 years I was once again pleased with my experience this time around and I couldn't believe how committed the whole Kia team was especially Rob Bruno and Joe Fabrizio for putting in countless hours and determination to get me approved for a new 2013 Kia Soul. At first when not accepted Rob continued to work with me and was determined to get me approved. Through the team at Kia I was able to drive away in a new 2013 Kia Soul as an overall very happy and proud Kia customer. I highly recommend Kia to my family and friends for their customer satisfaction and caring attitudes are unlike any other car dealership. I could not have asked for a better hassle free experience and my appreciation goes out to everyone at Kia for making this possible. More

My wife and I have just purchased our very first NEW car at Kia of Hamilton, and I have to say the overall experience was excellent. From the sales advisor (Mya) who was exceedingly patient with us to th at Kia of Hamilton, and I have to say the overall experience was excellent. From the sales advisor (Mya) who was exceedingly patient with us to the sales manager (Jordan) who came by to help close the deal their attention to detail, pleasant demeanor and low-pressure sales style resonated with us. We don't pick up our car for two days, but if they keep delivering as well as they have so far they can certainly count on my return business. More

My husband and I were on a mission; to buy a safe but affordable vehicle. It was a Monday evening and we had one night to figure out what brand of car to buy. We looked at Hyundai, Nissan and Mazda.....w affordable vehicle. It was a Monday evening and we had one night to figure out what brand of car to buy. We looked at Hyundai, Nissan and Mazda.....with a quick jaunt to Chevrolet - Kia was the only dealership we returned to. Gary was the greatest, it was snowing and miserable outside but he serviced us with 3 test drives of Kia vehicles. We talked a deal, and left to complete our mission, but we returned....and we signed a deal. Picked up our Forte EX four days later. We both recommend Kia to everyone. I love it, and my two teenage children adore driving it. It has great pick up and smooth, quiet ride. But they especially love the colour and the sunroof....can't say I disagree. We've had it 4 days now....and I finally get to drive it to work tomorrow, (time to get a job kids!!!) Thanks for the great service Gary...you really displayed your expertise. Kathy and John More

Mya was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. She was not pushy, and got to know me to see what my needs were. She was also friendly with the rest of the staff and seemed to fit in well with the team ( not pushy, and got to know me to see what my needs were. Mya assisted with helping me to change over my car insurance, and was very good at showing me all the things I needed to know about my car when I picked it up, even setting up my phone on Bluetooth. On Saturday, March 9 2013, I visited the dealership to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Mike Pizzuti who immediately sat me down to ask me questions regarding the inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Mike Pizzuti who immediately sat me down to ask me questions regarding the type of vehicle I was looking for and the particular features that I wanted. After we discussed some options, I determined that I was interested in the Kia Sportage, in which at that moment Mike offered to take me for a test drive. During the test drive Mike was extremely informative letting me know about the types of options and features that it had and allowed me to take it both on the road and the highway (as I specifically mentioned that hwy driving is something that I do more). Once the test drive was finished we headed back into the dealership where he asked me how I felt about the vehicle and if I was interested in knowing pricing. At that moment I decided that I was very interested in knowing more and so Mike began to explain all of the pricing and all of the options that would be available. Although I was not able to purchase the vehicle that day, Mike was very patient in understanding my request and assured me that when I was ready he would be willing to help me out. I went back to the dealership the next day and had some requests that would help me make a purchase decision. Mike had no problem going above and beyond in speaking with the Sales Manager John Selsak to try to accommodate me with my purchase requests and when he returned I was pleased to know that they were willing to help me out and because of that I was able to decide that I wanted to go forward in the purchase of my new vehicle, the Kia Sportage. In the financing process I was pleasantly helped by Chris Tannous the Business Manager who gave me all of the information that I needed to know about my new vehicle and made me feel comfortable that there were no hidden surprises. A few days later I picked up my new vehicle and felt very confident in my purchase decision. Buying a brand new car was a big decision for me and I could not have been happier to have chosen this Kia dealership to give my business to. All associates were pleasant, they were willing and able to help me out in every way possible, and there were no feelings of pressure to purchase from them. After having my car now for 2 weeks, Mike has still followed up with me to find out how I was enjoying my car and reassured me that any questions or concerns that I have would be answered by him at any given time. If anyone is interested in buying a new Kia, I strongly recommend this Kia dealership, you will not be let down!!! More

Kia of Hamilton was a excellent dealership to work with. Mya was very personable and knowledgable during the sale. Rob was accurate and timely with the financing. my experience at this dealership was very good. I went in on the saturday to look at and test drive a few different makes of vehicles that kia sells. I found the sales staff very friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. I did not feel any pressure to be purchasing a vehicle and upon leaving on that day with them knowing I wanted to check out a few other dealerships first they were not pushy trying to make the sale immediately. They did provide me with the information and prices on the two vehicles that I was considering buying. I did go to a few other places to check out other vehicles. I returned on the Sunday and did purchase the vehicle of choice and both the sales and finance gentlemen were very friendly and again answered any of my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. I left there feeling very happy with both the price and service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody that was looking to purchase a vehicle. More
