I reluctantly entered a car payment after the comfort of not having one and mike made it fun , affordable and easy. I really didnt know what I wanted other than I knew I wanted a cross over. Mike was not pushy and gave me the facts and let me decide for myself. He really tried to make it the best deal. He also delievered the car right to my house. Two weeks ago our main source of transportation was written off... the employees at Kia of Hamilton were the most curtious and friendly staff I have had the pleasure of working with. Frank stayed behind on a friday evening when all of the other dealerships were closed and offered to assist us in finding a new car. The staff from GM shunned us until we were ready to leave the lot and Ford treated us like we couldn't afford anything on their lot. Frank ensured that we not only found a car that suited us but took out every model the dealership had to offer just to make sure we were choosing what was right. Once we found our Soul Angela worked more diligently then any other financiers I have ever met in my life. Angela spent two days back and forth on the phone until we agreed on the price, payments and also made sure our warranty concerns were met. Going a step further, Frank spent an entire Friday off at the Service Ontario office getting our registered even during his time scheduled off from work. I would recommend Joe, Frank and Angela to any person buying a new or used car. Hands down the most personable, friendly and outgoing staff ever. My wife and I extend a great deal of gratitude for all of their hard work in getting our new car. More

Bought a brand new 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid. Have had it for almost a week, and love it. Service is extremely friendly and professional. If they don't know something, they will find out for you. As I am certain the entire staff is very helpful,our experience was with Mike, with some assistance from Matt. They are very helpful,and professional,and I would highly recommend them. Kia was not on my initial list of dealers to visit for a subcompact. I had been taken with the Ford Fiesta but was unimpressed with the prices offered by local dealers. I went to Kia of Hamilton on a Tuesda subcompact. I had been taken with the Ford Fiesta but was unimpressed with the prices offered by local dealers. I went to Kia of Hamilton on a Tuesday after looking at the Rio online and thinking it would be fun just to take a peek at this particular car. Upon arriving at the dealership, I ran into Shane who asked if he could help me. I mentioned the Rio and he showed me a number of models they had on the lot. After sitting in some and taking one for a test drive, we went inside to discuss pricing. Upon leaving, I considered what I had been presented. After extensive research into the Rio and its competitors, as well as rounds and rounds of number-crunching, most (if not all signs) pointed toward Kia and the Rio. I received a follow-up call from Shane on Thursday and mentioned that I would like to come in again to take a second look at the Rio. After visiting for a second time and taking another test drive, I realized the Rio was the car I was looking for. We negotiated a price (which went rather smoothly) and proceeded to signing paperwork. I was driving my Rio home Friday evening. Considering this was my first time buying a car, I can say I am very happy with how the process went. Shane and the rest of the Kia team I worked with were kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend this dealership and its team to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-shopping experience. More
I took the bus to Kia on Upper James to buy a new car. I was greeted by Anthony Aceti who made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of the Kia’s. Anthony guided me to the Rio which was perfect for my budget and family needs. While Anthony was getting a Rio to test drive, I was greeted by Debbie Sguigna the General Manager who offered me something to drink. Debbie was surprise to hear that I had taken the bus to purchase a new car, and made arrangements to have someone drive me home after my visit regardless of purchasing a car. WOW! Talk about customer service!!! After the test drive I was sold and Anthony gave me a set of mats and tinted windows to confirm the deal. I wasn’t sure about the colour so Anthony and Debbie suggested the new colour “Midnight Sapphire” which looks good with my red hair! When my car was ready on June 13th, 2013 Anthony suggested he would come to my place or have someone pick me up since I had no car. I’ve been back to the dealership several times with questions and have been treated by friendly, helpful staff. I would highly recommend Anthony Aceti at Kia of Hamilton. Thank you Anthony for a wonderful experience…I love my new Rio! More
