Great service there and they told me I would only have to wait a couple of days - not eighteen days with nothing but empty promises to show for it. More

Excellent Service. Better than I expected. We purchased a new 2017 Kia Sedona. There were some issues with the interior. I ended up speaking with the Service Manager Mike. He went above and We purchased a new 2017 Kia Sedona. There were some issues with the interior. I ended up speaking with the Service Manager Mike. He went above and beyond, and resolved my issue on the spot. Frankly, I don't expect this type of service any more. When there was a glitch in the financing on our part, Nicole worked really hard to smooth over the issues in order to get the financing we needed. Overall the two girls we worked with were gems!!!! I attempted to escalate my complaint to the service manager, who did not return my calls or voicemails for nearly 3 months until I finally threaten to escalate the issue further- and got an immediate response! I am so disappointed in how evasive and frustrating this process has turned out to be. Just goes to show you how little they care about their customers. More
