Great experience My fiancé and I went looking for a new truck for him. We met Jim who was very friendly and seemed pretty knowledgeable. We went for a test drive and really enjoyed the drive of the SUV. Jim was able to point out different features on the car that we might have not noticed which was nice. We were given a few options for prices and able to ask our regular questions. We returned the Tuesday to make a final deal and able to look over everything with a fine tooth comb and brought up as issues we saw and Jim was able to help us out with most things. We talked with Shannon in regards to financing and he was super nice and easy to work with. On pick up day Jim went over everything to make sure we knew everything about the vehicle. It was great working with the guys at Kia. More

I was clear abut price and term and that I didn't want any games when I got there. I had been warned that they often change the price and terms when you get there or in financing and sadly that is what they pulled on me. I had given a deposit and then in financing they change terms from 60 to 84 months with the same payment! Matt the sales manager took care of me while I was there so he is clearly the mastermind behind this scam. They claimed it was a mistake in their emails but clearly this is their strategy. Unethical and a huge waste of time...Stay far away! More

I spoke with Melissa Stitt she was horrible. Very unfriendly and impatient. She told me it would take 24 hours for the financing to be approved . 9'days later I still haven't heard from her. I went back and demanded my deposit back . I went to grimsby Kia and did the whole process again. I was approved without. 45 minutes and had my new car 3 days later. I later found out Melissa didn't even submit my application. Terrible car dealership upper James Kia is !!! More
