Bad Customer service Came to rotate winter tires and I had an appointment booked a month a go I was told the wait time is an hour and half before a technician can work on Came to rotate winter tires and I had an appointment booked a month a go I was told the wait time is an hour and half before a technician can work on my car, when I asked why and I was pissed off because I left work early to get to my appointment. help desk, Natasha was so rude and accused me of bad attitude. She tried to offer me the service for free. I refused Her offer she then basically said you can go somewhere else. I will take my business to another place where I’m respected and will never come back again. More

This place is a joke I called yesterday to get an appointement for service got disconected twice, then when on line to book,they took all information and said i would get I called yesterday to get an appointement for service got disconected twice, then when on line to book,they took all information and said i would get a call from service departement in a few hours. Well we are the next day and still didn't get a call. There are reason why i stop going there more than a year ago. 1st cause of Paul at the service desk, 2nd the poor service . i was debating on buying a Kia cause i'm a Honda person, but i loved the Kia Optima so i went for it, everytime i wented there they always found something wrong once i true beleive i didn't need new tires but the change it anyway and i pretty sure they but used one on it. i'm trying to get a old of the General Manager Glen but he's always busy and i refurse to speak with Ashu he's one of the biggest problem Paul number 2. i think this place is going down faster then they think i feel sorry for some of the workers in the back especially in the garage cause they are not treating right they do what they told to do. All i can say it Karma is a xxxxx and it's coming for ya. More

They deceived me I paid 726$ to have winter tires on December 4th and today only I discovered they cheated on me and they installed all season tires. The employee and his supervisor tried to put the blame on me and they changed the papers and the documents to cover their crime. I went to see the general manager they said not before Tuesday. They put my life and my family life in great risk. I filed a complaint at the ministry. More
