Very deceptive sales tactics. I leased a car here recently. There was one verbal version of what would happen before the deposit was given. However, the finance manager try to sell me some products which I actually didn't want to buy. He had given some misleading information and even went to the extent to lie about many things like gap insurance. By not choosing what I really not required I could drove the car home with 3000 cad lesser than what was there in the first invoice he printed for me. More
