Fast, thoughtful and informative I worked with Pradeep (sales) and Kaleena (financing), both were wonderful and went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable! Pradeep went into deep detail of the car and answered every questions, he was the opposite of a pushy car dealer. He was calm, kind and personable. Kaleena was super straight forward, speedy, honest and personable as well. It felt like more then making a sale. We had laughs and chatted about lots! They prioritized wonderfully. But a colleague has had good experiences with his Rio and Sorento so I decided to visit my neighbourhood Kia dealer. There I sought out Bojan who I liked right away for his no nonsense and non-pushy approach. He introduced me to Brandon and Will. As Brandon was not available the following day, Will helped with the first deal, a new 2018 Soul Ev. I want to recognize Brandon for his help initially, sitting down with me and explaining the EV details he learned at a recent course - he's a knowledgeable and professional rep. As for Will, he is a personable and easy going sales rep and I appreciated his willingness to help, going as far as giving me a contact for an electrician to set up my garage for the EV. My second deal came about a few weeks later and came together quickly, thanks again to Bojan and Will. I purchased a 2017 Sorento SX and both cars have been great so far. Bojan further set me up with a good deal with Kia parts as well as a Key Fob that Corey from Service helped with just today - btw, Corey was fantastic - he kept me in the loop through the entire process. All in all, it's been a great experience with Kia Vancouver and now I have 2 Kias and they have 2 Mazdas and 2 Hondas! Thanks Bojan, Will, Brandon and Corey. More

Lied to me Multiple lies. Every step along the way. Not happy. He told me he had the vehicle I was purchasing so I put a deposit, then I waited 3 weeks until it Multiple lies. He had no such vehicle and I had to wait for shipment from Korea. When vehicle arrived the latch for hatchback didn't work properly, he told me that the push button opener didn't come with this model. I just got car serviced and of course it is supposed to work. Lied every time he opened his mouth. More

Excellent people from sales to service to parts I just completed my second new car purchase from this dealership, and had as good experience as the first time. In other words, excellent. The sales people were knowledgeable, decisive and friendly. I’ve had the service work - as minor as it has been- done there on the first car, and will continue to use them. I have invariably been told what the work entails, what it will cost, and when it will be ready. And, no surprises. In every respect, this dealership is first class. I think I am one of their great fans. The sales leader is Bojan Barisic, along with Will Alabazo. Kale ens was extremely efficient in completing the paperwork. I don’t remember the names of the service people, but they have, without fail, been excellent. More
