I was particularly happy with the finance guy Chris Haverland who was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole procedure. I got the feeling that everyone that I dealt with was purposely transparent in disclosing information that I needed to make my decisions, and that they were fair and helpful. Considering the time it took to do the deal it is hard to imagine spending time at a more congenial and welcoming dealer. More

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We were looking for a used starter car for son. Aidin Zara, he was very upfront about everything from the beginning. The car we were looking at was located at another location so he had to brought to Richmond within an hour. Went though the vehicle history, service check etc. Nothing hidden. Worked out a great deal without any hassle. Car had a scrape on one side (it is used) and he had his body shop buff it out to almost completely gone. Detailed car as well. Battery was at end of life, so they replaced it No extra costs. lastly reception, finance and Ryan both checked on us several while we were waiting to see if we wanted coffee, tea, water etc and make sure we were comfortable. Ryan showed us the features of the car as well before we drove off. We will definitely be back for future purchases from this dealer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

They don't care about you - don't waste your time if I could give negative stars, I would do so. I feel this establishment is disorganized and to be honest, only out for their bottom line. I work in customer service and have not only our business needs in mind, but also the customers needs and wants. I inquired about a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe that was for sale. I have poor credit from poor choices, but like most adults who realize their mistakes, I am fixing it and moving forward. I made it known that my credit is less than ideal, and was told that the agent would put me in touch with their financial manager. Keep in mind, I spoke with them about a particular vehicle I was interested in. The financial manager emails me a bunch of documents to fill out and I do so, I send off everything needed and I even speak with the leasing company they are putting me into contact with. I go through all of the hoops. Upon getting approved, she calls and approves me for a Kia Rio. Ummm.... no. Very different vehicle from the Santa Fe that I'm looking at. She says she cant' do the santa fe based on the age (2011) but can do a rio. I explain that I initially inquired BASED ON THE SANTA FE. I cannot have a small car. It does not work for me. Why not be upfront and tell me that from the get go? Why waste my time and get me excited? Find another dealership to go through. More
