Purchase of a new car I went to Kia Richmond on recommendation of a friend of my son. I had no previous knowledge of Kia vehicles. I had been driving a Jeep Liberty for 12 years and it suddenly failed me - thus the search for a new vehicle. When I met Anna Schellenberg at the dealership she seemed to understand what my needs (very involved grandma of 4 assorted age grandchildren and 2 dogs) and helped me to find the right vehicle for me. I went the next day to other dealers and checked out several other brands - Ford, Chev, Honda, Dodge, Mazda - but I returned to Richmond Kia and Anna. The warantee, financing and general friendliness of the folks at Kia Richmond satisfied all my requirements. I am very happy with my Kia Soul and anticipate many happy years. I am writing this review because Anna gave me the online link and said if I wanted - please write a review. This is completely voluntary and I have been very satisfied with everything at Kia Richmond so far. I have also learned since my purchase of another friend that recently bought a Kia Soul and is also very happy with her purchase. Thank you. More

She made me feel very comfortable as she knows a lot about the cars she is selling. Anna was very polite, professional and over all a very pleasant person to deal with. As a single mom, shopping for a car alone was a bit nerve wracking, I had my 4 year old daughter with me, I was emotional, and confused about what car to buy. I was a mess! But everyone at Kia from the manager, to Anna, right to the finical office. They all made me feel they were there for me to help me through everything. Ann Schellenberg was a dream! She was great with my daughter. I really appreciated that extra service and attention for the kids. I got it all. I couldn't ask for more. If I could recommend Kia Richmond to anyone I would, and I would definitely tell you to see Ann Schellenberg! More
