There was never a time I felt pressure to buy and he really listened to me and didn't try to convince me to buy something I didn't want. Can't recommend this dealer enough! From all the dealers we looked around at in pursuit of our new car, none made us feel more welcome then KIA Richmond. I spent time on 3 separate days checking out the various options and test drivering different models and never once did I feel pressured into a deal or made to feel uncomfortable. I was encouraged to explore all options to make sure I'm happy. I will be looking forward to my return visits for servicing, car washes etc. I would only feel confident recommending this dealership to friends and for my future car purchases this will be where I go.
