Jacob was friendly, caring and full of enthusiasm and knowledge very willing to assist us to find the perfect used vehicle. Jacob accommodating and carefully considering our needs found the perfect vehicle that fit our requirements and price range. Aidin Zare sales manager was also extreamly pleasant working together with Jacob assisting with price negotiation and the final agreement leading to the sale. Anna Finance gal was very knowledgeable and friendly. Honourable mention to Jacob whom ended up sharing cookies from his lunch for three very hungry customers. Our negotiations were extended when we decided to not only purchase the used Kia Soul but also a brand new Kia Soul for my husband. We purchase new vehicles to end 2016 but made new friends for 2017. In the beginning, I met Jacob who provided me a good general information about the brand. After choosing the car model, we talked about the price. We reached to a reasonable price thanks for Jacob's politeness and professionalism in his job. Great place to look for quality Kia used car I went into the Kia Richmond at 5660 Minoru Blvd, Richmond location by accident. Hoping I can have the car I want and the price I am willing to pay. Henry Bagheri is the salesperson who has a great smile and willing to make the sales happen. The manager Aidin Zare is listening to the customer (Budget) and willing to make the deal. Both of them are trying very hard to get the car at the right price for me within 3 hours. My 2013 Sportage is not perfect on the exterior but great mileage runs smooth and did its job right. Finance manager Andrew Huang impressed me with his honesty, respectful and explain in details about the insurance I purchase and smooth transfer of the car title within 30 minutes. Kylie then introduced us to the sales manager (Aidin) and he started the negotiations. He explained the pricing, the rebates, dealer discounts and came up with a great price. We have to say that instead of a tramautic experience in buying a car, these two made it a most enjoyable one. One thing that we found better than the other dealers is that the sales person didn't go back and forth to the sales manager to get approval. Dealing direct with the sales manager is a much better way to do business. Hats off to these two,great job! Mieke & Hal More

The service department took care of the issues and made it the great car I was looking for. At a 3 month follow up appointment the sales manager, Scott Conrad, said no we can do better than that and helped with the repair of all the dings in the front end, the side, and the total rear bumper.
