Will also ensured my bill from Bank Street Kia was discounted as well, which was a pleasant surprised for me when I went to pick up the car; it was initiated without my requesting it. I feel it is important to highlight my appreciation where it's due; despite a few bumps, Kia on Hunt Club came through for me in the end. While I won't remove my bad experience below, it does show that mistakes do happen, and they are quick and eager to rectify the situation and make it right. I've upgraded my rating to 4-stars, and I would recommend this service center for their dedication to customer service. ----------- 1. On Monday May 8, I booked an appointment with Kia on Hunt Club for Thursday, May 11 a. My appointment was for labour-only service on both front/back brakes and rotors 2. Following my phone call, I called back to ask for a quote on OEM parts from Kia 3. We spoke with Bill, the Parts Manager; he was very rude to us, refusing to give us a rough quote, without a VIN number 4. We then called Dilawri Bank Street Kia, and received the information and quote he wanted without issue 5. We called Kia on Hunt Club, and spoke to Will, the Service Manager. 6. We were assured we’d be taken care of, and to keep the appointment. 7. We went there today for our appointment, arriving at approximately 8:30am, where Will told us “I’ll be there in a minute” 8. At 9:30, we still had not spoken to him, nor had anyone began my work order. 9. At this point, our morning wasted, I opted to simply leave with my business I call Dilawri Bank Street Kia, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. I dropped my car off there at 10:15am this morning; after speaking with the staff, they were apologetic regarding the reception I received at Hunt Club Kia. I would recommend going to Bank Street Kia, or going to a third-party independant repair shop. More

We went to several dealerships around Ottawa/Gatineau and one of the main things that turned us off was the pushy dealership customer reps that just wanted to make a sale and not focus on our needs. Most were just fake and egotistical. We kept returning to Kia on Hunt Club on several occasions primarily because of Rejean and his respect and patience with us! Even after the sale, Rejean followed up two weeks later! More

I'm stunned at your message below. Per the attachment and the message on the form the bank reached out to your dealership on April 19th at 16:39 to ask you to have me contact them. No one called me. On April 20th at 13:40 when I called your dealership and asked for you, you weren't available, I asked for the business manager and he came on the phone with a very "laisser faire" voice, like I was disturbing him and he said the bank wanted to talk to me. The message clearly says who to talk to and what the reference number was, however the bothered business manager did not provide this information, just the phone number. That’s when I asked to talk to you to cancel the deal. He found you in the lunch room. Your message below says I hold you responsible for TD not contacting me? No, your team is responsible for not calling me and asking me to reach out to TD as per the included letter. Also, I was very offended when the previous day I called and said I was going to cancel the deal if I could not get confirmation on the location of the car (18 days into the process) and you got on the phone and started to laugh because the car was finally there. That kind of service is of very bad taste. Other than Jason, and maybe a little bit Nour, I received very bad customer service from your dealership. I'm sorry I had to cancel the deal because Jason was a really good salesperson; he did an excellent job and he is the reason I allowed your dealership to keep me hanging for as long as I did, but at the end the overwhelming poor service made me go somewhere else. I want you to know that 5 minutes after I cancelled the deal with you I called Kia in Brockville, they were able to locate a mysterious blue car, bring it in the next day, install the remote starter, and I took delivery of the car on Saturday. There were no issues at all and they provided the type of customer service I expect from any dealer; I was extremely pleased and told them. Note that TD also needed to speak to me, the business manager at Kia Brockville called me right away, I called TD with the reference number and all was sorted instantly. The reason they needed to talk to me is that I have protection on my credit requests and had to answer some very specific questions. More

I found the SUV I wanted on autotrader.ca. Nour was in touch with me within a couple of hours of me sending an info request, whereas I still to this day haven't heard from my other (bad) salesman about the same vehicle at a different dealership. I went in to Kia on Hunt Club a couple hours later, test drove the SUV. Nour was extremely informative and knowledgable about the SUV I wanted, and he learned about why I needed to get a new vehicle. Nour and Hassan worked with me on my trade in, and financing options. I have never been so well looked after by a dealership before! I even left something absolutely silly in my trade in, and Nour retrieved it for me asap, and made me feel not so silly about it!! Definitely recommending Nour to everyone and anyone, he was great! It's not often that you have these qualities in a sales person. He doesn't push the sale, but allows you to feel comfortable with your choice and never upsells what you don't need or don't want. We were in several times and each time he made the experience fun and rewarding. If you are shopping for a KIA please, please stop into this location, by far the best dealership in all of Ottawa! Great jobs guys, especially Alex, hang onto this guy he is an asset, can't say enough. A friend for life. More

I requested that a remote start be added to the vehicle which was done and ready for me when I picked up my vehicle. He made this entire process so easy for me and his knowledge on the Sedona was impressive. I did not leave with any questions. He also followed up with me a few days later to ensure that I did not have any other questions and that everything was good with the vehicle. I would highly recommend Shawn. More
