Terrible Customer Service Consumers beware! This is the shadiest dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I took my 2 year old Sportage (with only 43,000 km Consumers beware! This is the shadiest dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I took my 2 year old Sportage (with only 43,000 km on it) in for a routine oil change and walked away with a $1300 bill for the replacement of both my front and rear brakes as well as rotors. The icing on the cake was when I picked up the service report it had spelled out a laundry list of complaints that they claim I made when dropping the vehicle off - clearly a means of justifying the extensive and unnecessary work they did to my vehicle. I have contacted the dealership manager, the owner and Kia Canada and have been given nothing but the run-around. Many empty promises to look into the matter and follow up with me that never materialized. After leaving a poor review on Google Reviews a few days ago the manager finally called me and left a voicemail, but has been incommunicado ever since! If you a female with little car knowledge, I recommend you avoid this dealership at all costs. Kia Hunt Club will not hesitate to take full advantage of you, then put the blame back on the consumer in a sly attempt to exonerate themselves for their unethical practices. More
LONG waits, cannot fix it right the first time... Or third. Apparently this Stealership likes to have people wait. A simple oil change with an appointment takes over 2 hours. I feel bad that my wife had to wait Apparently this Stealership likes to have people wait. A simple oil change with an appointment takes over 2 hours. I feel bad that my wife had to wait this long on several occasions. We will go elsewhere from now on. I don't care if it causes a warranty issue, this dealer is dead to me. Leaking oil pan repaired 3 times. Now leaking a 4th time. More
Worst experience EVERRRRRRRR I bought my kia over a year ago at Dilawri kia on hunt club and when I got home ( 1:00h) after i bought the vehicule we've seen that on my sunroof the I bought my kia over a year ago at Dilawri kia on hunt club and when I got home ( 1:00h) after i bought the vehicule we've seen that on my sunroof there was scratches on it, We IMMEDIALTY called them and they told us we will change it on your nice oil change. We were happy about that but NO thats not what happened. I came for my next oil change and they told me we need to see the scratches and take pictures soo they did and they put them on the computer. After they told us the will talk to the manager and we asked for him to call us, HE didnt. We tried calling him but he never pickep up the phone even when he was working. After they told us the next time I came for an oil change, what happened again we need pictures, the were acting like nothing ever happened. SOO we got mad and call the KIA MANIFACTOR. THe lady at the manifactor told she going to email the manager at Dilawri, soo she did ND 3 WEEKs after WE called her back and she told us she would call us back the next day that we reported the damage of the sunroof 6 months after the purchase, but that was not true soo now im stuck with a scratched sunroof and the wont change it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENED DILAWRI TO ANYONE AND IM NOT GOING THERE FOR OIL CHANGE NEVER AGAIN More
Worst car buying experience ever I bought a used car from Kia on Hunt Club today. The experience leading up to buying the car wasn't great. Their finance mangers was terrible to deal I bought a used car from Kia on Hunt Club today. The experience leading up to buying the car wasn't great. Their finance mangers was terrible to deal with and they just try and pressure you into making decisions. Anyways, we agreed on a deal which I will regret for the rest of my life. I picked up the car and it was filthy. I pulled the back seat up and there was years of food and garbage from the previous owner. They must've had kids because it looked like my sisters car after having 3 kids in the back (gold fish everywhere, chips, stickers, etc.). That isn't the greatest thing to see in your new car, but you know what I was going to give it a solid cleaning anyways so not the biggest deal. I can live with that, for sure. What I can't live with is what happened next. I piled my family in, we went to say good bye to my parents before making the drive back home to Montreal. As soon as we left, I heard a little sound... didn't hear it during the test drives, and thought hmm that's odd. I even mentioned something to my wife, but she couldn't really hear it that well. Anyways, we continued. About half way to Montreal, I knew something was seriously wrong. I called the dealership, was put on hold, transferred around 10 times, left 4 or 5 voicemails.. finally got to speak with the sales manager. To sum up our conversation in a couple of words "My Problem!". He basically told me, we checked it out, nothing was wrong, you signed the papers, your problem!! Are you kidding me? I literally bought the car a few minutes ago?!?! Anyways, I keep going. The problem is getting worse and worse to the point where I feared for my families safety, so I had to pull over and park the vehicle. When I got out, the front driver side wheel was hanging on by a few threads - literally, all but one lug nut was gone. This is crazy? How can that possibly happen? How does a dealership let a car go without tightening the wheels? In 2017? With air tools? I call back. Now I've upset them. No one will answer my phone calls, but I have nothing to do. We are waiting for a tow truck, so I call and call and call. Finally, the sales manager picks up. The story has changed a bit now, it's the Ministry of Transportations fault. Not his, or anyone at his dealership though, so they can't help me. To sum this up: but a car for $26,000.00, drove it off the lot and almost killed my entire family by having a wheel fall off on the highway. I would recommend potential buyers to buy ANYWHERE else in the Province than Kia on Hunt Club. More
How does this place have positive reviews? First, the salespeople at the dealership are all young and unprofessional. On their cell phones in the showroom, not paying attention to their clientele. The management does not seem to care at all... Second, I was evidently taken advantage of being that I went in alone, and was a first time/young buyer. Got the runaround and was clearly having a manipulative sales tactic used on me (If flat out lies and misinformation is a sales tactic?) When i eventually realized that I was being taken advantage of, I tried to get more information, however my questions were avoided and answered with blame. Third, they clearly do not communicate well. I had to change my car pick-up time , and the salesman delivering the car to me had no clue what I was doing there when I showed up. Also, no one answers their phones or e-mails, either at all, or in a timely manner. Would not recommend this place. Unprofessional and sneaky. More
