Waiting hours for an oil change, I actually abandoned my free oil changes they had thrown in as I would rather pay a quick change place instead of enduring the pain of this place. Been struggling for years to get an oil leak fixed on a Kia. Oil pan resealed many times, replaced once. Once warranty is up, ohhh, the problem is something else.. This place turns over staff at record speed as well, always dealing with a new person unfamiliar with the ongoing issues. Not this time guys, Going to find a place that respects its customers. Please, respect your future self and avoid this dealership. More

I recently traded in my Rio for a brand new Forte EX Limited and the process was smooth, the treatment was excellent and the deal was good. Jason, the sales person tried his best to please us and the manager decorated my car beautifully. I would definitely recommend not only the sales part but also the service part. They are the best! I had bought a vehicle at the Dilawri Chrysler store next door to KIA on hunt club and had an amazing experience and with the help of dee murphy and Julie cram from finance department (located in KIA on hunt club) I got the vehicle I wanted and more. When it came down to my husband getting a vehicle of course I returned to dee and Julie, it was a no brainer the experience was amazing, We chose a vehicle in the KIA on hunt club used car showroom as it fit my husbands needs perfectly. Everything within the finance side again was amazing, quick and easy. Unfortunately this was not the case for the majority of our experience with this store, Rejean Shankar was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable on our situation. we started the application on the Monday and it all went downhill from there for the next two weeks it was nothing but excuses and "games" with the sales team especially with Imad who seemed to be purposely trying to make the deal difficult or fall through, calling back and forth and never getting a straight answer always saying something was missing or he needed more even though the finance was complete , he then kept making promises of compensation for the terrible experience stating that he had put money aside and had something very nice for us when we would come to pick up the car. The problems continued and when I finally got fed up and called the store myself and said if the car wasn't ready that day then we would take our business somewhere else I believe it was Alex I spoke to at this point and he was very pleasant and assured me he was putting a rush on things and the vehicle would be ready that evening and he did make good on his word. But that wasn't the end of the drama with this store … when we showed up to pick up our car Imad refused to come out of his office and deal with us or even complete the final paper work for pick up (which a lot of said paperwork was missing and still is) we received no compensation for the two weeks of unacceptable service except from Alex who gave us a free detail for two vehicles (but realistically what does that even compensate for ?) he knew nothing about our situation and the person in which we dealt with refused to now complete the deal ?? What kind of sales manager is he ? To treat someone that way then lock himself in his office and turn off the lights and refuse to come out to anyone who went there .we are now finding things missing on the vehicle and will need to bring this to their attention (which means we will have to deal with this unpleasant service again). I cant even put into words everything I want to say as I am so frustrated and angry with the way we were treated . I WILL NOT RECCOMEND KIA ON HUNT CLUB TO ANYONE. I will add that I will continue to recommend dee murphy and Julie cram from the finance as I have never had such great service or experience from anyone in car sales (and I myself work in car sales etc) dee and Julie went above and beyond for us they did their jobs and then the jobs of others and I cannot thank them enough. After 3.5 hours at the dealership we had the typical high pressure meeting with the business manager. After resisting his arguments to buy a useless electronic rust protection system, he lost interest in us very quickly. Then, he showed us a Carproof report showing and insurance claim for $3400! The manager said it was "minor damage" sustained during a hail storm. Of course, we no longer wanted the car, which it seems, was exactly what the manager hoped would happen. To break this down, they attempted to sell us a brand new 2018 Sorento that had been DAMAGED. It had already lost much of its value. Also, the manager said there was no way of knowing what was done to the car - on the other hand he was certain it was minor. A horrible experience bordering on fraud. On to OMVIC and whatever government agency will listen. Stay away from this slimy dealership. More
Worst service department I have ever dealt with I ordered winter tires and rims for 2017-2018 season and have still never received a call as of April 1st. Went in for first service in September for I ordered winter tires and rims for 2017-2018 season and have still never received a call as of April 1st. Went in for first service in September for maintenance and with minor problems such as car creaking while going over speed bumps, shocks being weak and clunking was told mechanic not able to replicate. I started getting my service from reputable garages and got calls from a Dilantin representative stating warranty would be not honored if not done at hunt club Kia. Booked service for first appointment at 8 am, arrived at 7:30 checked in with service advisor. Told them still had same problems as before and radio was freezing and intermittently resetting. Was asked if currently working. Was told Kia would charge if it was currently working for the service. Told Kia does not warranty items intermittently or trouble shoot. I waited for 90 minutes for my 8am appointment and finally left. Love the car but the service is horrible. More
Terrible Customer Service - Service Department I had a great sales experience with Jason when purchasing my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for an oil change in the New Year and the service exper I had a great sales experience with Jason when purchasing my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for an oil change in the New Year and the service experience was ok but by no means outstanding. I then had a service appointment on March 8th. I had to call more than once for an update. The problem was corrected and re appeared the next day. I took the car in a few days later. I had to call for an update as it was late in the afternoon and I was waiting to arrange transportation back to the dealer. Eventually, I was told a part needed to be ordered and the service order would remain open. The service issue is still outstanding. I called to follow up and the person I spoke with told me there was no open order, changed his mind and then was extremely rude (as he wasn't responsible for the actions of everyone) when I asked why I had not been contacted. He escalated and then hung up on me. I immediately called back and contacted the Service Manager who took my information and call me back. Two days have passed and I have not received a follow up call. More
Terrible Customer Service I bought a used Chevrolet Cruze here 3 years ago and the salesman sold me a warranty package with Secure Drive, which I had been paying $90 a month fo I bought a used Chevrolet Cruze here 3 years ago and the salesman sold me a warranty package with Secure Drive, which I had been paying $90 a month for the past three years. He also gave me 20 free oil changes in-house use only. I recently had some issues with my coolant/ water pipes. I brought my car in for a filter change and they gave me a quote for nearly $1000.00 to fix all the coolant issues. I did not have the money to throw at it right then and there so I took it home, found out online there was a recall for one of the parts, WHICH KIA should have told me about, and I also discovered some of the parts were still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, some were not. Chev, Buick GMC called the warranty company I bought AT KIA and it turns out ALL OF THE PARTS KIA was asking to charge me were covered under the warranty I BOUGHT WITH THEM. So it turns out they never called to see if anything was covered and if they did, THEY LIED TO ME. I brought my car in Friday for an oil change, they tried to tell my husband on the phone that the computer had come loose and it was just hanging there, was going to be half an hours of work and they wanted $60 for it. My husband told them to leave it, he would fix it. The oil was pretty well bone dry which it should never be unless I have a leak or it is burning. I don't have a leak and when I went in to pick it up they told me the oil was NOT burning, but they had to replace the oil plug cause it was stripped, meaning there would have been a slow leak. He charged me $25 for that. They failed to mention this on the phone with my husband earlier that afternoon. The man behind the desk was anything but pleasant or courteous, when he told me I had to pay for the plug I asked him if it was covered under my warranty and he snickered and said Absolutely not, why do you care so much it's only $25... I went on to explain my last experience when they failed to call the warranty office regarding all the coolant parts and he laughed again, I said to him "You have to see where I'm coming from... you guys didn't even call them the last time" He sort of snickered and then asked me who my warranty was through and he would call to ask, so that means they never called them in the first place AGAIN! My husband and I looked at the computer that had "came loose" and it's located right beside the oil filter, it looks like they pulled the computer out of its frame and left it there "to fix" Clearly the computer never came loose, it's impossible! Also took us 30 seconds to put it back in its place. The guy at KIA was just mad we wouldn't pay for it and when I showed up later he added an oil plug to my bill... I've caught them in so many lies it's unbelievable. And the way they go about justifying their lies it so cowardly and disgusting it makes me so angry. If I didn't have these remaining oil changes I would never step foot in that building again!. They have zero respect for their customers. They should be ashamed of their honesty AS THEY DONT PRACTICE IT WHAT SO EVER. They're mad because I take my car in every 2-3 months for free oil changes THAT THEY GAVE ME... Maybe they should be mad at their salesman who gave them to me instead of treating me with disrespect and robbing me of every chance they get. More

Avoid Kia on Hunt Club Initial impression was good. Sales advisor Jason Souza was pleasant to deal with however things went south from there. I was in to replace a car total Initial impression was good. Sales advisor Jason Souza was pleasant to deal with however things went south from there. I was in to replace a car totaled on Jan 2, a 2015 Soul. There were things I was looking for and things I said I didn't want. I had a 'number' to work with and of course they would be able to get me very close to that. I really liked my Soul, however it's very difficult to determine which models have which features and the list price for the 7 different Soul trim levels. I stated that I would like one with the same features as the SX I had. We talked about an EX+ and I asked to take one for a drive. We got an EX, I really did not like the instrument panel, the red LED display was too distracting for me. Response? Nothing. Take the car for a drive, it's good, but I don't like that LED display. Response? Ok. So will the EX+ have that or the LCD? It's different from that one. Great. We go over the numbers, they have a great offer and don't want me as a "be back", so what can we do to keep you from going anywhere else? Got snows, feeling good, and they get me signing things. Realize I still haven't seen the EX+. We don't have one here, it'll be here tomorrow with the plates etc. Arrive in a snowstorm, wait 30 minutes, they are still preparing the car, still can't see it. Finally get in it, it has the ugly dash. I didn't like this dash, not what I was asking for. Response? I told you it had the same dash as the one we drove. But I really don't like it. Nothing. I'm confused. I'd stressed. I'm running late. The sales manager comes running in, signs off on the inspection and they hand me the keys. I'm dumbfounded, speechless and stuck. I don't have a car, or a ride, it's 6:30 and I have a 90 minute drive to pick up my kids, already 20 minutes late. I figure I'll go home and think. Get home, it's not the right car, I feel totally stuck. After much back and forth, they took back the car and the hard sales started. I wanted to see two trims, EX Premium and the SX, I wanted to drive the SX. I was dealing with the finance manager he kept avoiding the Premium and talking up the floor model SX. I said I still want to see the Premium. He starts closing on the SX. No test drive, still haven't seen the Premium. I decide on the SX, I'm so exhausted, trying not to show that I'm getting frustrated. I feel boxed in again, but went ahead. This is on a Friday at 1:00. Almost a week later I have not been able to get an ETA for picking up the new car. It was to be the follow Monday at 2, ten minutes away I get a call it's not going to be ready. Get there and Jason says it should be a few hours, but most likely tomorrow. Sent me home in a rental which they paid for. Call me 5 minutes later, it'll be tomorrow, most likely Wednesday. Tuesday, I go in to see the car and hopefully get to drive it before I take it home. Can't. Can I at least see the EX-P? I finally figured out that its trim is basically the same as the SX I had. Why didn't they say that? I told them over and over how much I wanted a car that was very close, didn't even try to show me something I asked for. The reason?? They don't have one there, it's in their lot and will take 24 hours to get there. Now I understand why Imad pushed the SX. Still waiting to drive it, any hopefully see the EX-P, someday. More
