BUT, after we finalized the purchase of a used car, they asked me to review them. I then received some of the worst, most negligent service ever and have decided to give them what they wanted. Purchased a used vehicle in December 2019. Having never bought a used vehicle before, I was nervous about not fully knowing the condition of the car. They told us they would do a safety inspection and that they could not sell us a vehicle that did not pass. Safety inspection done, they told us the rear brakes would be repaired and then we could pick it up. Within days the brakes were making all kinds of noises. Brought the car to our own mechanic who told us that the pads had been installed wrong and that both rear brakes were missing parts. Went back to the dealer who refused to do anything about it. We together looked at the missing parts of the brakes and the used car manager told me to my face that this was not a safety issue and they would not be fixing it. Just had an inspection done by the Ministry of Transportation. Guess what? Safety violation! Cost me more than $300 and countless hours to deal with this. Kia on Hunt Club could have easily made this right. But they chose not to. Instead they defended their shoddy service instead of ensuring the safety of my family and me. Some of the most shameful business practices I have ever witnessed. Spare yourself and be wary of other reviews, they specifically ask that you give them 5 star reviews and ask that you write the review in front of them. More

I expressed that it was a stressful situation because I had to bring a family member to surgery in Quebec a week later. They didnt even diagnose my car until two days later and then proceeded to ignore my calls when I needed updates to either secure my car or plan to rent a car to bring my family member to surgery!!! The worst is that the service folks AND manager ignored my calls until I asked my father to get involved. He was answered immediately and told that my car would be ready that day - meanwhile they had ignored 6 of my calls that 24 hour period. Kia on hunt club, please be more human and respect women! This added so much stress to my week in an already stressful time. More

We came prepared with our price, trade in and fees breakdown request and were served by Jason (Internet sales manager). There was zero BS! He was wonderful and worked with us to reach a fair agreement. When the sales manager approached I thought "here we go, here's the guy who's going to push nonesense on us and treat us like idiots like the other dealership". How wrong I was. Sales manager was friendly, informed us we were close to a deal and went about his business. What? No pushy insults like the other dealership we tried? OK, I'll take it! Little more number crunching and we had a deal. I kept waiting for someone to jump out of an office and weasel us out of the deal. Never happened. Everyone who walked by just waived hello, high fived our kids or smiled! What alrernate car salesman universe had I entered? Why isn't anyone trying to screw us out of our hard earned money? Sales manager came by to congratulate us on our purchase, we paid our deposit and waited for the finance manager to bring us the bill of sale. Surely it won't match the numbers we have on our spreadsheet right? This is the guy who's coming to get us correct? WRONG! Numbers worked out, still no bs and out the door we went! We even got to see Tony again (our previous Salesman) to thank him for his service 5 years ago and how we were still enjoying our Optima (we're trading in another vehicle, the Optima is staying with us). So in a short while, 2 vehicles from Hunt Club Kia will be decorating our driveway. Thanks again Jason and team for a great experience. ****** We purchased a new 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo and the experience was great. The dealership is clean, staff is friendly and very accommodating. When dealing with Tony, he was quick to respond to any email or call and made the bargaining process easy. (We were not the easiest couple to bargain with but Tony was fantastic). His professionalism and product knowledge made us want to buy directly from him rather than another dealership. He was always honest, friendly and didn't give us the "pushy salesman" routine. He really went the extra mile for us and even left us a nice surprise in our new car on pickup. We can really enjoy our new car worry free knowing we got a great product at a great price thanks to Tony! More

At Kia they bill you even if they did not do anything, worst experience of my life. The sales man are all nice but please don't believe a word they are telling you they just want to make a sale get their commission and move to the next big fish that they can catch. More

Waiting hours for an oil change, I actually abandoned my free oil changes they had thrown in as I would rather pay a quick change place instead of enduring the pain of this place. Been struggling for years to get an oil leak fixed on a Kia. Oil pan resealed many times, replaced once. Once warranty is up, ohhh, the problem is something else.. This place turns over staff at record speed as well, always dealing with a new person unfamiliar with the ongoing issues. Not this time guys, Going to find a place that respects its customers. Please, respect your future self and avoid this dealership. More
