First car I was nervous about buying my first car, but Eli did a great job with the sale. The dealership was great and allowed us to take the car for an independent mechanical inspection. I would recommend Kia on Hunt Club and Eli in particular. More
very bad experience, wrong commitment One week ago we got a car from them and they committed they will take care of any problem till a month. The front wheel of the car was making noises when we went back to them they said its transmission problem and sent us to Toyota dealership. At the dealership they stated its in the tire not the transmission. We again went back to them they say we don't care for a tire we can change it, for one tire we wont take a bad name but they said first you go to another Toyota dealership may be they will help you again they said the same this its in tire. Now the manger at Hunt club Kia says we cannot do anything you don't have anything in written he made false commitment. I will never recommend anyone to go to them they will not understand your problem. More

Being a woman, the thought of walking into a car dealer is comparable to a root canal, but upon entering your KIA dealership I was pleasantly greeted at the front entrance, before Tony introduced himself, immediately making me feel at ease. He was polite, respectful and engaging, a true professional. Even when Tony had to endure my lack of "standard stick shift" skills, he was a trooper without clutching the door handle once, or at least that I could see. I made my decision quite quickly to purchase the KIA Forte Koup, as it was exactly what I was looking for and I needed to head out of town in 48 hours. Tony, the sales manager and financing all pulled together to push through my vehicle in a little over 24 hours. Tony was on the phone to me several times to keep me posted on whether I could pick up the vehicle before I left on holiday. Amazing!!!! Everyone I have told shares the same sentiment. Thank you everyone, especially Tony. Great customer service is a rare commodity these days in our face paced age of technology and automation. Great customer service Initially dealt with Mohammed over the phone and he provided all the information I requested and was not too pushy to get me to come into the dealersh Initially dealt with Mohammed over the phone and he provided all the information I requested and was not too pushy to get me to come into the dealership in order for him to answer my simple questions (many other dealers wanted me to come in just to answer a few simple questions about the vehicle & financing). I decided to go in a few days later and the experience was great, the customer service, environment etc. dealing with all three Rabieh, Mohammed, and Leo was an experience that took away the typical thoughts one may have of a salesmen. This dealership is highly recommended in my book and will definitely be back when the time is right. Thanks guys!!!! More

He was very attentive to our needs and completed all the research necessary to get me the best price on my 2012 Acura TL-SH-AWD trade-in. He also discounted the Optima SX so that we could come to a great financial agreement. He never lost his patience with me as I can be difficult to deal with at the best of times. This is my first KIA purchase as we previously leased 5 Acura products over the past 8 years. Rabieh answered my emails promptly and answered my numerous questions honestly and completely. He is an excellent Sales Manager in my opinion! Naim Salem is very customer oriented. We took delivery of our 2014 KIA Optima SX from Naim and he had the whole vehicle prepped in a manner which I have never witnessed...absolutely impeccable! Nothing was overlooked and he spent lots of time with us explaining the features of the car and answering our questions. He is a very valuable member of Rabieh Nassrallah's Sales team. Way to go Naim! More

Car purchase experience I was looking for a crossover vehicle to replace my Toyota Carola. I considered thee following: Mazda CR 5, Honda CRV, Hyundai Tuscon and Toyota RAV 4 I was looking for a crossover vehicle to replace my Toyota Carola. I considered thee following: Mazda CR 5, Honda CRV, Hyundai Tuscon and Toyota RAV 4. After taking into consideration fuel efficiency, all of the car features, diveability, warranty and price, I elected to buy 2014 Rondo LX. I checked with Car Cost Canada several dealerships including the one recommended by Car Cost Canada and found that the quality of services provided by Naim Salem, Sales Consultant, Ralph Haddad Finance Manager and Leo Alvarenga Sales Manager were professional, courteous and friendly. The price I paid was very fair and very close to what I had in mind. Sales Manager Leo bent over backwards to make this deal possible. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone especially the persons I was involved with. For the first time, my car buying experience was not stressful. I would recommend, do your homework, look at all of the car buying incentives available and then come up with a price that is reasonable and realistic prior to conducting negotiations on car purchase. My dealings with other KIA dealerships were unsatisfactory. The Attitude and approach of the Sales Manager Mike Parker of Donnelly KIA, who was made aware that the price is now the deciding factor in the purchase of KIA Rondo, was unfriendly, impersonal, depicting a care-a-hoot attitude, take it or leave it approach. He spent no time communicating with us but scribbled out a price on his card and gave it to us. At Kia 417, the dealership recommended by Car Cost Canada, the services provided by the Sales Consultant was commendable whereas that provided by the Sales Managers left much to be desired in that James Bearzatto referred me to his colleague Walli Haseeb (also recommended by CCC) did not return my repeated phone calls.
