Tony is Awesome! It was our first time shopping for a new car, we had an older car we wanted to trade in and didn't really know what to expect. Tony made what could ha It was our first time shopping for a new car, we had an older car we wanted to trade in and didn't really know what to expect. Tony made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier! We looked at both new and used vehicles, deciding to go with a new hatchback. Tony answered all of our questions, and was willing to negotiate with us to help us find a price that we could commit to. He was knowledgable about the car, and able to easily explain the trade-in process to us. This was the part of the process we were most concerned with, as we had never traded in vehicle before. We were given the amount we needed for the old car, without any hassle which was a huge relief. The car we wanted was only available in white on our first visit, but Tony quickly tracked down one in our preferred colour for us. He was great about keeping us in the loop on the status of his search while he located the car for us. In less than a week we were driving away in our new car! We aren't experts on the car-buying process but we had a great experience with Tony, we were encouraged but not pressured into making a decision. The whole team at Kia on Hunt Club was approachable and willing to help on both our visits. If you are on the market for a new car we definitely recommend you take time to meet with Tony! More

I was disapointed that the car was gone, I was about to leave.Eli asked me to sit down with him on his desk for few minutes before I leave, so I sat down and he started asking me questions regarding the ideal car for me. At the beginning I was getting inpatient and I wanted to leave knowing that the car I wanted was already sold. Eli look at me,he told me ''madam pls give me a chance I promise it won't be a waste of time''.Until this day, I am still in shock of how Eli was able to be calm and patient with me during the whole process and he was able to find me a car the same day that I really liked. Amazing! This was my first car buying experience. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I didn't know much about Kia. I walked in and was pleasantly This was my first car buying experience. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I didn't know much about Kia. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. I stated I was here to look at a new car. the lady at the front promptly called for a sales rep and I was introduced to Eli Farah. We hit it off right away. I told him what I wanted, what I was looking for and he said whatever I wanted he would make it work. Eli treated me not as a customer but a friend. He was honest, trustworthy and I felt he truly cared what I wanted. Needless to say I walked out with a new Optima Kia. I am very happy with the car and the staff that helped make it work.
