With regards to "quality of work" the safety that was required as it was a used vehicle missed some things that were fairly obvious but were later corrected and I was reimbursed for the costs by this dealership (working through Tony} without any hassle. Its just that I felt it was unfair for me to have to look after them as they should have been dealt with prior to delivery. For me the true test of a dealership and the salesperson you dealt with is how you are treated after you have taken delivery and they have your money. As a result of their after sales service which I would describe as excellent I would not hesitate to recommend this salesperson and the dealership in the future. More

Tony is Awesome! It was our first time shopping for a new car, we had an older car we wanted to trade in and didn't really know what to expect. Tony made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier! We looked at both new and used vehicles, deciding to go with a new hatchback. Tony answered all of our questions, and was willing to negotiate with us to help us find a price that we could commit to. He was knowledgable about the car, and able to easily explain the trade-in process to us. This was the part of the process we were most concerned with, as we had never traded in vehicle before. We were given the amount we needed for the old car, without any hassle which was a huge relief. The car we wanted was only available in white on our first visit, but Tony quickly tracked down one in our preferred colour for us. He was great about keeping us in the loop on the status of his search while he located the car for us. In less than a week we were driving away in our new car! We aren't experts on the car-buying process but we had a great experience with Tony, we were encouraged but not pressured into making a decision. The whole team at Kia on Hunt Club was approachable and willing to help on both our visits. If you are on the market for a new car we definitely recommend you take time to meet with Tony! More
