First Kia In purchasing my first Kia, Juan was friendly, knowledgeable and not overly pushy which helped me solidify my choice to purchase from Kia on Hunt Club In purchasing my first Kia, Juan was friendly, knowledgeable and not overly pushy which helped me solidify my choice to purchase from Kia on Hunt Club. The vehicle was ready for pickup within 48hrs and as expected. However the technician (not Juan) who did the final check over of the vehicle before pickup made a few errors on the paperwork, making me think that the check list wasn't actually followed. A 20km test drive was checked off, but the "mileage after road test" was written down as 12km, when there was only actually 6km on the car. The tire pressure for the spare was also noted at 60psi, when there is no spare tire for this car. Juan was great, the dealership overall was great making these few things easy to overlook. Would definitely recommend asking for Juan if you're considering a Kia. Colin Mills More

Would be happy to deal with Tony in the future or refer potential customers. With regards to "quality of work" the safety that was required as it was a used vehicle missed some things that were fairly obvious but were later corrected and I was reimbursed for the costs by this dealership (working through Tony} without any hassle. Its just that I felt it was unfair for me to have to look after them as they should have been dealt with prior to delivery. For me the true test of a dealership and the salesperson you dealt with is how you are treated after you have taken delivery and they have your money. As a result of their after sales service which I would describe as excellent I would not hesitate to recommend this salesperson and the dealership in the future. More
