Tony Chalhoub spent an adequate amount of time with me showing the many vehicle options. Mr Chalhoub demonstrated professionalism and respect during the negotiations and after the deal was struck. Once he sat down with me to deliver my SUV, no matter how busy the dealership was, I had his full attention. I especially appreciated that. Once I had a question, Juan came to our help and was able to give us answers to just about every question we had. Being serious about the purchase of an SUV, we sat with him and the manager Rabieh to discuss price point, options and timeline. All in all, the pressure to make a decision was never felt in a negative way. I understand that salesmen/women are a special breed of person, however at this Kia, the ambiance is open and transparent. This time, I'm happy to say that I was HAPPY to buy the car, and not scared I was getting take advantage of. I did my research so I knew what I was looking for and I recommend that anyone seriously interested in a car do the same. But when you're finally ready to invest in a Kia, make the trip to Kia on Hunt Club and walk away with much more than just a new set of wheels. I have been price shopping for quite a while now and my sales rep Eli Farah was patient and helpful. He called me to follow up an appropriate number of times and was true to his word that he would get me the best deal possible. The delivery day transaction was flawless and took less than an hour. Eli was also nice enough to pick me up from the other dealership where I was returning my previously leased vehicle. Great service, great price. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Kia. More

Pleasantly Surprised I purchased a 2015 Sorento LX-V6 last week (June 25, 2014). I contacted 4 local Kia dealers to signal my intent on purchasing a vehicle within 2 days. I purchased a 2015 Sorento LX-V6 last week (June 25, 2014). I contacted 4 local Kia dealers to signal my intent on purchasing a vehicle within 2 days. Only Tony called me to follow up. He gave me a verbal ball-park price for the vehicle. After taking a day to consider his offer, I counter offered with a fair, but much lower price via email. He replied very quickly to say that he could work within my price range and that I should come by the dealership for a test drive. As a tough negociator, I contacted another dealership in Kanata and made the same offer to them to see if they could match it. They stated that my offer was $7,000 too low from a deal. So I went down to see Tony and thought to myself that this was going to be a bait and switch scenario. I took the vehicle for a drive and liked it. Walking toward Tony's desk I expected him to say that we were thousands of dollars from a deal, but that was not the case. He explained how he was $455 from sealing the deal which I accepted. While knowing that another dealership would not have even come close to Tony's price was one of the factors that convinced me that I was getting a good deal, I also saw that Tony was genuine in his negotiating and did everything he could to make the deal happen. Tony was professional and made my car buying a pleasurable experience. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Tony took 25 minutes to walk me around the car and demonstrated all of the features. Without any reservation, I highly recommend talking to him about your next car purchase. Tell him Allain sent you. More

In stead of We are sorry we are behind schedule today, would you maybe like to come back later? When paying, just pointed us to the register instead of saying please come around to the register. Worst attitude in customer service ever had to experience anywhere including MacDonald's and Walmarts More

He is, in so many ways, I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Sorrento EX-V6 from the Kia on Hunt Club dealership. My sales representative was Eli Farah. He is, in so many ways, the absolute perfect salesperson. Eli was knowledgeable about the entire Kia line and answered all of my questions without fail. He was courteous, polite, and extremely professional. He followed up on my several visits to the dealership with a few phone calls, and handled the entire transaction without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. Thank you, Eli. I have purchased 4 brand new cars over the past 15 years; this is my first Kia purchase and it was a very satisfying experience. The brand new facilities were state-of-the-art, meticulously clean and tidy, and they were able to show me several purchase options from a very extensive inventory. The Director of Sales, Jesse Della Vedova addressed all of my concerns, explained everything to me, and was an incredible asset during my experience at Kia on Hunt Club. In short, I highly recommend this dealership to all. Purchasing a new car can be a daunting task; these guys were absolutely phenomenal and I am extremely grateful for their efforts and consideration in assisting me with my purchase. More
Recent purchase of used vehicle I was very pleased with my overall experience with one exception....however, let me tell you what I liked first. Your showroom is first rate. It was a pleasure to walk in and see all of your new models in such a pleasing setting. I was there with my brother to look at vans. We were approached almost immediately and given lots of info without any pressure. When it was clear your new models didn't meet my needs, we were directed to your used showroom where we found a great vehicle...2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with 5 stow and go seats (something Kia didn't have) and a tow package. We negotiated a price which was agreeable but again with no pressure. Moe was truly helpful in finding us something that met our needs and helping me through the process. He answered all my questions and when he didn't know, searched out the answer and got back to us quickly so we weren't left wandering around aimlessly. He also gave us space when we needed it--a great strategy. Now for the exception. The van was cleaned very well but the interior was not rinsed and a type of soap xxxx was left on the interior surfaces. This was not visible in the sunlight but very visible in my garage. Rinsing it was easy but disappointing because I expected a "perfect" vehicle. This is no reflection on Moe because as I said, it was not visible in sunlight and he had no way of knowing about it. However, it is something to keep in mind for future customers. Lastly, your indoor used showroom is a great idea but it is very grubby and the vehicles are all dirty. Perhaps pressure washing/rinsing them on a regular basis might help. However, grubby or not, putting all your used vehicles under one roof is a great idea. Kudos to Kia and Kudos to Moe.
