He was knowledgeable about the pre-owned and took the time to research additional information about the cars of that make and year. He is organized and prepares for his customers. Good experience and happy with Sorento Overall, we had a good experience at Dilawri and are very happy with our new Sorento. However, we didn't like being constantly reminded of the importance of the employee bonus/meeting quotas from our sale. The day and time we were asked to come in and pick up the car was not convenient for us as it was our son's birthday party. When I told this to the representative, he reminded me again that he needed to make the sale by month end to get his bonus. We felt that he was putting his own needs ahead of ours. Also, I don't feel it is appropriate that the sales representatives ask customers to give them a 100% review rating. This should never be asked from a customer, even if the experience does warrant a perfect review. I would say this is a mark against the company, not the representatives since we were told the exact same thing by two different sales reps at two different Kia dealerships. More

We came to a good negotiation in a reasonable about of time (less than 1 hour including the test drive) on my purchase of a 2015 KIA RIO. The only thing I wished was different was our dealing with Imad (finance manager, I think). We probably spent about another hour in Imad’s office where he pushed very hard for me to buy gap insurance and extended warranty, all of which I decline. Although, I think it is typical/standard practice for a car dealer to try to sell you extras. Overall, I was very pleased with this non-stressful experience. Chris More

I was forced to purchase services i didn't want or need. I was told oil changes were included as a perk at no charge for purchasing with Dilawri only to find that the charge was hidden in the cost. I was talked down to and made to feel like my sale didn't matter when speaking to Hassan about the issues after the sale. I was told if i tried to change anything in the deal that my interest rate would be changed to a higher amount and the dealer would remove my winter tires or charge me for them as they were part of the deal. I was forced to get a useless rust package and an extended warranty i did not want. I think i was robbed. Other dealers give winter tires or car starters or oil changes as part of the deal . I would not recommend this dealer at all unless you want to be mislead and be charged thousands of dollars more than you need to pay. BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL..... More
