Transparent, honest, and reliable. I recently replaced my 2019 Infiniti QX80 Limited with the 2022 Kia Telluride SXL in a beautiful moss green on light grey interior and I’m absolut I recently replaced my 2019 Infiniti QX80 Limited with the 2022 Kia Telluride SXL in a beautiful moss green on light grey interior and I’m absolutely in love with the car! Their sales team and management staff are extremely helpful and honest, kept me up to date on the progress throughout the wait time from June 2021. In comparison to other Kia dealers in Ottawa and surrounding areas, I found Kia 417 to be the best, no hidden tricks, not pushy, and fully transparent. They allowed me to make an informative decision before placing a deposit on my order. Not to mention, I also got a fantastic deal on the Telluride and over asking for my trade in, where do you get that nowadays?! I was skeptical at first, but became so impressed with the quality of the Kia Telluride as soon as I took it home, it has far exceeded my expectations! Would highly recommend to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a Kia really. More

I've dealt with this dealership for 20 years ! 3 cars at this dealership. I've been a witness to many UPS and DOWNS of the 417 dealership. I've seen the good and the bad. This last visit was an 3 cars at this dealership. I've been a witness to many UPS and DOWNS of the 417 dealership. I've seen the good and the bad. This last visit was an UP ! Friendly and courteous reception. Efficient service. The personnel called me a UBER taxi to and from my home...because of a unanticipated problem with my break system....I am very happy the service dept. told me about this instead of overlooking it. Better safe than sorry. I was delighted that my car was washed...My car is a 2014 Soul model. I have a decision to make about another car in the future. I am also a senior and glad that I was treated as an equal. I have enough confidence to want to return to your dealership. I do not know all the people who serviced me therefore I could not comment. Generally speaking...I found everyone attentive to my needs. More

I would like to warn potential customers to stay away from 417 Kia on 1599 Star Top road. The sellers (Rahul) and the management are real crooks. ON January 27th, I've went to 417 Kia and decided to leas from 417 Kia on 1599 Star Top road. The sellers (Rahul) and the management are real crooks. ON January 27th, I've went to 417 Kia and decided to lease a 2022 Kia Sorento. I made a 1000$ deposit and was told that my car will be arriving by mid May (which I was ok with). On Saturday, March 26, after carefully consulting with my wife we've decided to cancel the transaction. I called the seller to inform him and he told me to stop by on Monday since the Manager was not on site. After the phone conversation, I decided to drive to 417 Kia (Saturday March 26th) and to my surprise both managers were present and working as usual. I got in the office with the manager and he proceeded to tell me that the could not cancel the transaction because the car was already assigned under my name and that by cancelling they would lose money because if the next person/customer needing a car is in Manitoba they will have to pay for the car to go to Manitoba. I was surprised because the car was not in transit and there was no VIN# assigned to it, so how come the car was under my name if it wasn't built yet ? They refused to give me my money back and made me sign a document saying that I forfeited my deposit. That's the first time I am getting that type of response. I know for fact that other dealers will give you your money back with no problem if you cancel the deal. I believe 417 KIA are a disgrace for the KIA corporation and KIA Canada should really terminate their deal with them because they are tarnishing the efforts of a good brand by acting like small time crooks. STAY AWAY FROM 417 KIA ! More

A very bad management and waste of time being there, especially with the sale department manager. we drove from Kanata with our own KIA in order to purchase a new KIA, On the phone before we go there t especially with the sale department manager. we drove from Kanata with our own KIA in order to purchase a new KIA, On the phone before we go there they said we will give loyalty discount since we own a KIA On the phone they mentioned they will give loyalty since we own a KIA but when we arrived and started dealing with sale rep they changed their statement and everything was completely different. They did not even offer the loyalty discount. They tried to rip us off by giving crappy packages that we did not want. I went to KIA Hunt club the same day and I purchase my car with 12000 less than the price, fast service and they also gave us the loyalty discount with no issue..We close the deal in less than 15 min in Hunt club location. I strongly recommend, DO NOT PURCHASE OR DEAL WITH SALE. More
