Better safe than sorry. I was delighted that my car was washed...My car is a 2014 Soul model. I have a decision to make about another car in the future. I am also a senior and glad that I was treated as an equal. I have enough confidence to want to return to your dealership. I do not know all the people who serviced me therefore I could not comment.
